Replacement of Supply & Install 2” dia., BS-1387 black steel chilled water pipes, to Item
connect from existing point on ceiling to New FCU unit with insulation 1.000 -

5.2 Duct Cleaning Carryout complete internal duct cleaning of air-conditioning Item
ducting in proposed ward connected to the Replaced AHU'S Supplying & Return
duct Include for cleaning/repainting of existing Air terminals/Diffusers/Grilles,
