Mandatory documents required:

Hard copy of Entry form and photo copy of Birth Certificate duly attested by
the Principal.
The Photo of the participating team with their Principal is to be submitted.
ID card/ Bonafide certificate from the school is a must.

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SKATING COMPETITION

1. The Competition will be held according to the RSFI rules & regulations.
2.Only one participant can participate in each event from each school.
3.A skater can take part in a maximum of two events in her / his age group.
4.A skater can take part either in Quads or in Inline events.
5.The skater taking part in Quads should wear the skates that does not have heels attached to the shoe and should
not be high ankle.
6.The skating suit should be skin tight.
7.Helmet and other safety accessories are compulsory.
8.For speed skating, skates with broad wheels should only be used.
9.The decision of the technical committee / referee shall be final.
10.Any photograph / video clipping other than from the official camera shall not be considered for any reference.
11.No protest will be entertained from parents.
12.Grievance, if any, has to be submitted in writing by the team’s Physical Education Teacher to the Chief referee,
within 15 minutes of the announcement of results. The decision of the Jury of Appeal shall be final.

GUIDELINES FROM HOST SCHOOL

1.On the spot entry, late entry and in person submission of entry proforma are strictly
prohibited.
2.Participation will be denied if the schools do not provide appropriate documents.
3.All the participants shall be accompanied by a Physical Education Teacher designated by the
participating school Principal.
4.The school must issue an identity card to each player representing the school.
5.Participants are not allowed to wear expensive jewellery or bring any valuable items. The
school will not be responsible for the loss of any articles during their stay.
6.Any damage done to the property of the school by the participant will have to be compensated
for, by the respective school.
7.The organizers reserve the right to debar a player / Physical Education Teacher from the
competition arena for any unruly behavior / interference in the smooth conduct of events of the
competition.
8.It is the responsibility of the team manager to notify the first aid committee of the sick /
injured.
9.Participants should adhere to age norms strictly.
10.The Organizing School in no case shall show the eligibility proforma or any other paper of a
participating team to anyone who lodges a protest. It is only the Jury of Appeal’s prerogative to
verify all the documents.
DISQUALIFICATION:
A player / team may be disqualified / scratched for the following reasons:
1. If ineligibility of any participant is detected.
2. Misbehavior / Use of abusive language on the ground by the player or the accompanying official.

PROTEST:
Protest of any nature in connection with the championship shall be in writing and shall reach the
organizer within 15 minutes of the declaration of the result, duly accompanied by a fee of Rs.1000/-
(Rupees one thousand only).

Such a protest will be considered by the Jury of Appeal, consisting of the following:
1. Principal of the organizing school
2. Organizing Secretary
3. One or two technically qualified person present at the venue.
The parties under dispute shall be heard before making any decision on the issue. In case the protest
is upheld, the fee shall be refunded to the protesting school, otherwise the same shall be forfeited.

MEDALS AND CERTIFICATES:

Medals and Certificates will be provided only for the first three positions.

Simple vegetarian snacks and lunch will be available on payment. Kindly let us know the
requirement along with the Entry forms. Lunch is outsourced. So last minute orders will not be
entertained.
