01. General Kindly provide the Phase Strategy schedule since it is not Whole team
available for NEOM phase-II.

02. General Floor plan CAD files are requested for the NEOM phase-II. Whole team

03. Electrical Kindly provide the BOQs and design drawings of complete MEP team Snap is
electrical trades since, LV and ELV BOQs are not available, it’s annexed
just given as single unit lump sum. Annex-01
04. Electrical Kindly provide the BOQs and drawing of Tech. & Utility MEP Team
Building since there is no specification is found for electrical
systems.
05. Mechanical NOVEC 1230 system (fire suppression system) design drawings MEP Team
are not available for medium mosques, grand mosque, and
Central zone- kitchen and dining hence it’s requested.
06. Mechanical Solar water collection system design documents and MEP Team
specifications are requested to quote the BOQ since there is no
specification or details and it is given as lump sum unit.
07. Mechanical Kindly provide the BOQs and drawing of Tech. & Utility MEP Team
Building since there is no specification found for mechanical
domain.
08. Mechanical Kindly provide the fire pump details. MEP Team

drawings, specifications.
