How to connect to Proclick Workstation using Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection

1. Open Remote Desktop Connection app on your computer.

The app can be found in the start menu’s applications list or by searching for it in the search bar

If you see the window having less options than shown above, press Show Options in lower left corner of the
window.
Enter connection credentials as follows:
Computer: proclick.ddns.net
User name: user name provided in separate file
Tick in the box Allow me to save credentials to make it easier in the future.
After pressing Connect in lower right corner of the window, you would be asked for the password.
Password is provided in the same file as user name.

Press OK and the connection should be established. You would be prompted with similar screen:
After a moment you would also get a notification on your paired mobile device (confirmed by last four digits of your
phone number, shown on computer). Tapping on that notification should open the Duo app with a screen as follows:

Here you can approve your connection. This login prompt is time sensitive and
will expire after 30 seconds. You may try again by opening Remote Desktop
Connection windows once again and repeating the process (the password
should already be kept in system). If the authentication succeeds, you should
get access to your Desktop at Proclick workstation.

To properly terminate your connection, open start menu and pick your user
name to open options. From the options menu choose Sign out.

CAUTION! The server has implemented multiple security mechanisms. One of

them will block your IP from logging in to the server for 24 hours if the password
you provide is incorrect 3 times in a row. Please, enter your password carefully.
