Dear Sir,

With more than 17 years of successful work in the field of asset and facilities management and project management, I would like to seek to
utilise my capabilities and experience in a new challenge by applying for this position and having the honor of joining a professional organisation
with an ambitious vision and respected values and principles.
I have gained extensive experience over 14 years leading the Facilities Management & Safety team in addition to my position as Operation &
Maintenance Director at Armed Forces Hospital, where I am responsible to provide facilities management services (Hard and Soft FM) to the
hospital portfolio which consists of over 130 facilities, totaling approximately 142,000 square meters of concrete buildings located in a
compound with approximate area 900,000 square meters.

Moreover, I helped as member of the Strategic Management Office (SMO) and Hospital Steering Team (HST) in coordinating development
process, reviewing the strategy and transform it to objectives, goals, and projects. I also participated in preparing feasibility studies, designing
and managing development and expansion projects in medical departments, accommodation projects and sustainable transformation, which
resulted in many initiatives that contributed to achieving the strategic goals of the Ministry of Defense.

Please review some of the highlights of my career:


 At Alcatel-Lucent, I re-engineered the processes of the Mobily indoor project, which led to a 72%reduction in costs and 32% less time
than the usual period.
 Design and supervision of development and expansion projects of medical departments such as laboratory, ICU, Burn Unit, Cath lab, OR,
Endoscopy, ER, delivery, (CSSD) and MRI.
 Reducing Hospital energy consumption costs by 23% by increasing reliance on renewable energy sources and upgrade infrastructure to
raise energy efficiency through the integration of architectural, electrical and mechanical solutions.
 Founding member of the Saudi Green Building Forum in 2010.
 Adapting the Dialysis Building during the Covid-19 pandemic to become a Respiratory Isolation and Triage Unit with a capacity of 27
beds, including 5 isolation rooms to separate cases with Covid-19 symptoms from the main hospital and reduce infection risks.
 Founder of the technical training program in the hospital for students of engineering and technical colleges, which results in the
employment of 73% of the trainees, which was reproduced to train and explore distinguished medical staff.
 Organising voluntary training tours and holding workshops for schools and community centres onfire & safety.
I have reinforced practical experience with scientific knowledge to build a set of skills and competencies that enable me to raise my efficiency
and performance despite any circumstances or challenges I may face.
