ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE Saplence Publications is looking for an Accountant Executive (AE), We are on track to increase In size this year, and we need a motivated and determined accountant professional to menage all business and operation procedures and tacks ‘This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience to be part of a growing publishing company. Roles & Responsibilities + Maintain and grow our account base to drive and achieve revenue expectations. + Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, production, fulfilment, designers and developers, and freelancers: + Deliver all forecasts to appropriate parties before or on deadline. | Handle and solve claims and complaints from key accounts through analysis and investigation, + Strictly follow and implement the company credit policy, monitor, andl collect the outstanding accounts of the clients. + Prepare monthly report to meniter the performance. + Establish deep customer relationships. «Handling the organization's financial transactions honestly, both intemally and externally. + Deliver quality production based on the business's needs and priorities. + Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority, + Strive to continuously improve your work process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practises, + Work closely with the founder and CEO of Sapience Publications. Qualifications + Must have any Degree (B.com/M.com) in Accounting, Associates, Business/Administration, or Management + Chartered Accountancy (Preferred) + Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office suite of programmes + Must have knowledge and experience with TALLY and other accounting tools.
