Background of the Study (What have you read that has had an impact on your thinking
about the topic?

Natural disasters are not the type of event where we can easily easily predict when it will
occur or happen. Outdated infrastructures can be obliterated by these natural disasters in
any seconds causing harm to environment and a huge economical loss.

Statement of the Problem (as far as you are aware of, what is the gap of knowledge in
your research interest based on readings/existing literatures? Why does this research
need to be conducted?)

I wanna strengthen these outdated infrastructure enough to counter natural disasters, however
the knowledge I have for now isn’t enough for me to take actions.

This research has a lot of positive effects. It will uncover methods that will help us preserve our
beloved Infrastructures. Will lessen the economical cost by straightening old buildings instead
of making a new one.

To preserve old Infrastructures, especially infrastructures that plays a vital role in our
economy.

Extend the lifespan of these Infrastructure.

To keep people from risk and harm caused by the environment and natural disasters.
