Entertainment Policy and Permissions:

For organizing events in the resort premises all clients are advised to obtain relevant license
from NOVEX Communications, Phonographic Performance Ltd (PPL) & The Indian
Performing Right Society Limited (IPRS) etc., which is mandatory and required to play
music in the form of audio or visual in any public place / events. This also includes CD
player, cassette player, fashion shows, product launches etc.

Mode of Payment: Direct

 50% of the anticipated amount as advance payment through CASH or CARD or G PAY
in favour of VGP Golden Beach Resort Ltd payable at Chennai.
 DJ Music Rs.15000 + 18% Taxes
 Speaker & mike Rs.7500 + 18% Taxes
 Guaranteed is always Chargeable
 Remaining amount to be settled at the time of check in through cash or card
 GSTN details are must for raising the bills
 4% additionally chargeable in case of payment settled through AMEX Card

Reservations and billing guidelines
 The special rates are NETT and NON-COMMISSIONBLE
 As per government guidance and restrictions usage of Drone Camera Photography ,
Laser Lights / CC Lights (Travels to a distance in the sky), Lanterns is strictly not
permitted
 Fireworks to be informed well in advance to the sales and operations team of VGP GBR
 Pets are not allowed inside the resorts
 Billing would be at the agreed rate for the number of guests guaranteed or
Actual Number of guests whichever is higher.

Cancellation Policy:

Should your plans change, be sure to inform within the following guidelines, if the cancellation
does not meet guidelines, the following retention policy will be applicable.

Up to 07days before arrival: 20% of the total reservation

Up to 03 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation
Up to 02 day before arrival: 75% of the total reservation
Less than 01 day before arrival will be consider as no show: 100% of the total expected
bill amount will be collect as retention charges.
Please note that the Advance amount could not be refunded but could be reused within
3 Months.

This is only a formal proposal to indicate the availability of rooms and venue along with
commercials. We have made multiple offers on above requested dates. We shall hold the
tentative bookings shall be with a cut off date from the date of enquiry. However, we shall
block the venue based on the earliest confirmation received basis; hence it is subject to
availability while confirming the requirements.
