1 Ensure all materials are as per approved TDS

2 Ensure the approved shop drawing used at site with latest revision.

3 Ensure site clearance, access is available to carry out the work.

4 Check for PTW before start of activity

PROCESS-INSTALLATION
Check the alignment of Panel

6 Check the Height of Panel should be easily Accessible

7 Check for damage of Panel before installation

POST-INSTALLATION

9 Check if enough loose wire is provided in the Control Panel/ Enclosure

10 Power up the panel with availability of UPS power

Conclusion: Work done is satisfactory and conforms to the requirements. YES / NO
