1 Ensure all materials are as per approved TDS

2 Ensure the approved shop drawing used at site with latest revision.

3 Ensure site clearance, access is available to carry out the work.

4 Check for PTW before start of activity

PROCESS-INSTALLATION
As per the approved shop drawing, select the Cable of FAS/ PA/ CCTV/

6 No Joints shall be allowed at any places without approval

7 Check for any insulation damage in the wire before installation

POST-INSTALLATION

9 Check whether the wire pulling bushes are used in the junction box

10 Check if enough loose wire is provided in the Control Panel/ Enclosure

Conclusion: Work done is satisfactory and conforms to the requirements. YES / NO
