KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, RIZALITO C. QUIAMBAO-Buyer, and HYCEL E. GUEVARRA-Seller, of

legal ages , Filipinos , do to hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT IVY SANCHEZ
QUIAMBAO also of legal age, and a resident of 1426 P. Nuqui St. Claro M. Recto, Angeles
City, Pampanga, to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and
stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and
things, namely:

1.To represent us before the BIR, Provincial Assessor and Provincial Treasurer in
connection with the processing and transfer of title , covered by TCT No. 043-
2017009111 situated at Brgy. Culatingan, Concepcion, Tarlac ;

2.To pay any sum or amount requisite for the registration of the Deed of Absolute
Sale with the Register of Deeds such as Capital Gains and Documentary Stamp
Taxes at the BIR; and the Transfer Taxes at the Provincial Treasurer;

3.To receive all necessary documents requisite for the registration of the Deed of
Absolute Sale such as BIR-CAR ;

4.And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be
requisite,necessary or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
of these presents.
