Subject: Work order for Tank repair painting work.

Dear Sir,
As per a verbal discussion with you regarding the above painting work, the management of Super Petrochemical
Limited (SPL) is pleased to issue this work order in favor of “M/S. Engineering & Technical Services,” under the
following terms and conditions.
Besides, the contractor should maintain the color code for all equipment as per the attached list.

Terms & Conditions:

01. All kinds of paint, thinner and wrapping materials will be supplied by SPL-Authority.
02. Contractor should supply manpower, working tools, and machinery (i.e. Power brush, Painting brush, Water
Paper, Emery Paper/Cloth, Roller/File brush, scraping materials, scaffolding materials, etc.) as required.
03. All painting works should be done as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge of SPL.
04. Contractor should follow the scheme provided by the SPL authority.
05. Contractor should abide by the following Safety Working Rules of SPL without any obligation.
a) Don’t carry Mobile Phones and any flammable materials (Lighter, Match, etc.) inside Factory areas.
b) Smoking is strictly prohibited within SPL.
06. All worker should be enlisted to the SPL security personnel. If any worker is newly assigned by the
contractor, he must be informed about the safety rules of the factory. And any damage caused by him,
contractor should pay fine and legal action can be taken against the contractor.
07. SPL-Authority reserves the right to cancel the work order at any time if the work quality is not satisfactory.

Payment Terms:
01. Bill will be paid on the basis of unit rate and actual work done/quantity after certified by the Engineer-In-
Charge of SPL
02. Running bill may be allowed in every one month. But the amount will be adjusted/deducted from the
contractor’s final bill.
03. All payments will be made by cheque after completing the job successfully according to the work order.
