CONGRESS VENUE
Millenáris congress center is located in Millenium Park. The 45,000-square-meter park, renovated and
beautified in recent years, is one of the most successful domestic examples of rust zone rehabilitation,
which was also recognised with the Europa Nostra award in 2002. The 270-space underground garage
located under the Millenáris Park provides convenient parking for both guests and organizers of the event.

Millenáris congress venue for E&E Congress 2024 –is accessible from entrance of building C, where
the registration area will be located. The Exhibition will take place in building B and the Session halls
will be in building D.

ADDRESS: HOW TO GET THERE

1024 Budapest, Millenáris is a few minutes walk away from locations of Széll Kálmán
tér, Széna tér, Mechwart Liget. Many buses, subways, trams and night
Kis Rókus utca 16-20
buses run to these transport junctions, and there are also several

PROGRAMME & INTERACTIVE

SESSIONS
The programme is available in the Congress App,
Website and in Congress Platform. By using the
App, you can efficiently organise your schedule
with a Personal Programme Planner and access
speaker details.
Sessions in Auditorium Hall will be translated to
Hungarian language. Headsets for translation to
Hungarian can be obtained from a specific area
next to the Speakers‘ Ready Corner (Building D)
with an ID deposit.
Attendees can actively engage in sessions using
the mobile app, which offers interactive features
such as polling and facilitates discussions through
the Q&A function.

SPEAKERS READY CORNER

Speaker ready corner is located on the Ground
floor of Hall D.
If you need to review or make minor adjustments
to your presentation or poster, please visit the
Speakers’ Ready Room at least 30 minutes prior to
the start of your session. For morning sessions, it is
advisable to do so the day before.
