Customer Next Steps:

1. Print this order confirmation and bring it with you to your local Walgreens.

2. Gather your media.

3. Select your local Walgreens. You are able to drop off your media at any Walgreens of
your choice.

4. Take your media to the Photo Associate in the Photo department with this
confirmation and explain to them you are dropping off your DVD Transfer order
which you placed online.
Walgreens Photo Associate Steps:

1. Enter the customer phone or create a new customer.

2. Enter into the customer's account; click on the "Gift Items" button.

3. Once in the "Gift Items" section click on "Media Transfer" from the list on the left.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the Media Transfer list and click on the "GIFT ITEM/MEDIA
TRANSFER - ONLINE IMEMORY" blue HTML link.

5. On the Search order screen enter any one of the item from the above "Customer
Order Details" box and then press the "Search Orders" button. You only need to
enter one of the customer details into the search fields.

6. Select the customer's order from the search results to confirm the order at your
store.

7. Place the customer's media into the iMemories bag and the place the bag into the
iMemories shipping box.

8. Print off the Customer's Claim receipt and hand to the customer.

9. Print off the Picture Care label and apply it to the shipping box.

10. Print off the FedEx shipping label and apply to the box.

11. Ensure the shipping box is taped shut and place it in your stores FedEx pickup
location.
