Extra-Curricular Club Information – Summer Term 2024

We are proud to be able to offer a wide range of extra curricular opportunities for our pupils. We hope
that they will inspire children to explore new interests and strengthen skills they already have.

All clubs will run from week commencing Monday 15th April until week commencing Monday 15th
July. We have attempted to remove the limited numbers wherever possible. Limitations are caused by
equipment availability and health and safety regulations. If you are unable to book a club this time
round, please let us know and you will be prioritized for next term.

Please see below for methods of booking and payments:

Clubs with Limited Places:
Please pay via ParentPay to secure your place. If you then wish to pay by childcare vouchers/tax free
childcare payments, upon notification of your payment from your provider we will issue a refund to
your original payment on ParentPay.

Clubs with Unlimited Places

Can be paid via ParentPay or via childcare vouchers/tax free childcare payments.
If you wish to pay via childcare payments then please email communication@manleypark.com by the
booking deadline, with the name of your child(ren) and the clubs you wish them to attend. Upon
notification of the payment from your provider we will allocate the place on ParentPay for them.

Registration for clubs will open on Monday 25th March at 9 am and will close on Wednesday 27th
March at 12pm. If your child attends ASC on the day of the extra-curricular club, the cost for the club
will be refunded back to your ParentPay account in due course. You will still need to book the club.

Please ensure that you collect your child at the end of the session- all club timings have been listed
below.
