Subject – Request letter for continuation of current accounts or opening of new current accounts with
ICICI Bank

Dear Sir/Madam,

Jawahar Lal Sharma has availed various facilities and maintain current account(s) with ICICI Bank.

In relation to Reserve Bank of India’s (“RBI”) notification dated August 06, 2020 on “Opening of
Current Accounts by Banks – Need for Discipline “, as amended from time to time (“Notification”), the
eligibility to maintain banking account is to be ascertained based upon the credit facilities availed by
the Company.

As per the latest circular dated October 29, 2021 issued by RBI on the aforesaid Notification, for
borrowers, where the total exposure to the banking system (“TBE”) is Rs. 5 crores or more, such
borrowers are permitted to maintain a current account with any one of the banks with which they have
a Cash Credit (“CC”) / Overdraft (“OD”) facility, provided that such bank has at least 10% of the TBE.
In case none of the lenders has at least 10% exposure of the banking system to the borrower, the bank
having the highest exposure may open current account.

It is to be noted that the I /we have already availed CC/OD 1 facility from ICICI Bank and the share of
ICICI Bank in the TBE is more than or equal to 10%. I/We further confirm that as and when there is
change in ICICI Bank’s share out of the TBE, ICICI Bank will be informed of the same. Accordingly,
ICICI Bank may take requisite action in compliance with the said Notification.

Considering the above, the I/we have decided to open / continue to maintain its current account
only with ICICI Bank, therefore ICICI Bank is requested to continue to maintain / open the current
account.

I/we will accordingly inform its other lenders on the above and ensure that the collections made in the
collection account maintained with the said lenders will be transferred on T+2 basis to CC/OD account
number 352005500020 maintained with ICICI Bank.
