Job Description: Graduate Trainee


We are currently seeking a dynamic and versatile Graduate Trainee to join our team, embodying a passion for comprehensive
leadership and a willingness to immerse themselves in various aspects of our organization. This multifaceted role will involve
gaining hands-on experience in areas ranging from executive-level decision-making to frontline supervision.

Responsibilities include actively participating in strategic planning sessions with top-level executives, overseeing day-to-day
operations as an operations manager, providing guidance and support to teams as a supervisor, and executing low-level
managerial tasks to ensure smooth workflow. The Graduate Trainee will also be responsible for delving into diverse projects and
initiatives, mirroring the responsibilities of a CEO in conceptualizing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Furthermore, this role extends beyond internal operations to external relations. The Graduate Trainee will engage in client
relations by fostering connections with corporations, proposing involvement in training programs to industry experts, and
building partnerships for career opportunities. Additionally, the trainee will establish and nurture associations with academic

Tentative Selection Process


Stage-1: Profile Shortlisting – On the basis of your prior work history, extra-curriculars, and academic performance
Stage-2: General Interview – Interaction regarding your suitability, skills, and other facets of career
Stage-3: Group Discussion – Rigorous group interaction to test your interpersonal and communication skills
Stage-4: Final Interview – Detailed conversation with the company’s founders to assess your candidature

Probation Period (1 to 2 Months)


As we look to the future, individuals joining us for the full-time Graduate Trainee role from June 2024 onwards will undergo a
comprehensive 1 to 2 month long probation period. This period is designed to impart essential training and exposure to our fast-
paced, agile industry, ensuring our graduate trainees are well-prepared for the challenges and responsibilities that come with a
full-time position. Given our status as a growing company, this proactive approach to training is crucial in shaping our future
leaders. The probation period, commencing in May 2024, will require a daily commitment of 4 to 6 hours, with a mix of WFH as
well as In-Office working hours, for those successfully hired for the role.

During this time, individuals will benefit from structured training programs, gaining valuable insights into our working
environment and industry intricacies. Importantly, this phased approach aligns with our commitment to providing a seamless
transition into the full-time role, promoting a thorough understanding of our organizational culture and expectations. Both the
probation period and the subsequent full-time role, effective from June 2024, will be based at our location in North West Delhi,
Delhi NCR. For both periods, in-office presence is mandatory, unless specified otherwise, emphasizing our belief in the power of
collaborative and in-person work dynamics. We believe that this immersive and comprehensive onboarding approach will not
only ensure the success of our graduate trainees but also contribute to the overall growth and innovation of our dynamic
professional community.

Compensation & Benefits


COMPONENT VALUE (IN INR)

Total Fixed Compensation for 1-2 Months of Probationary Training (Before Full-Time Joining) INR 10,000

Fixed Compensation (Full-Time Joining – Expected from July 2024 onwards) INR 11 Lakhs Per Annum

Incentives & Bonuses (Performance Based – Per Quarter) INR 25,000

TOTAL ANNUAL COMPENSATION (Full-Time Joining) INR 11 to 12 Lakhs Per Annum
