Responsibilities include actively participating in strategic planning sessions with top-level executives, overseeing day-to-day
operations as an operations manager, providing guidance and support to teams as a supervisor, and executing low-level
managerial tasks to ensure smooth workflow. The Graduate Trainee will also be responsible for delving into diverse projects and
initiatives, mirroring the responsibilities of a CEO in conceptualizing and implementing strategic initiatives.
Furthermore, this role extends beyond internal operations to external relations. The Graduate Trainee will engage in client
relations by fostering connections with corporations, proposing involvement in training programs to industry experts, and
building partnerships for career opportunities. Additionally, the trainee will establish and nurture associations with academic
institutions for program pilot testing, mirroring the responsibilities of a relationship-focused executive. If you are an ambitious

During this time, individuals will benefit from structured training programs, gaining valuable insights into our working
environment and industry intricacies. Importantly, this phased approach aligns with our commitment to providing a seamless
transition into the full-time role, promoting a thorough understanding of our organizational culture and expectations. Both the
probation period and the subsequent full-time role, effective from June 2024, will be based at our location in North West Delhi,
Delhi NCR. For both periods, in-office presence is mandatory, unless specified otherwise, emphasizing our belief in the power of
collaborative and in-person work dynamics. We believe that this immersive and comprehensive onboarding approach will not
