Job Descrip on: S&ME Corporate Sales

Posi on: Manager / Deputy Manager

Roles & Responsibility:

• Providing excellent customer service, closing deals, and processing documenta on a er the
sales process is complete.

• Transla ng business development team requirement into ac onable and suppor ng their
day to day sales.
• Product mapping/bench marking with products in the markets.
• Strategizing for new products and formula ng Plans for di erent requirements.
• Developing product communica on, pitch, USPs, posi oning, marke ng and allied ac vi es
for product promo on to achieve revenue targets.
• Launching of new products and building business partnerships, supervising necessary
process and technology integra on etc.
• Building rela onships with clients.

• Nego a ng deals with clients.

• Closing deals.

• Analysing data and market trends.

• Processing sales transac ons.

• Demonstra ng a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines


domain.

• Good presenta on skills and deep understanding of Employee Bene ts & Non-Employee
Bene ts Policies.

• Networking & Hun ng to a ract poten al clients.

ISMS Responsibili es:

• Follow the instruc ons of Func on Heads, operate systems on behalf of Func on Heads, and
serve users authorized by Func on Heads;
• Provide technical consul ng assistance to Func on Heads so that informa on systems can be
built and run to best meet business objec ve;
• Ensure the safeguarding of informa on in their possession;
• Accepts responsibili es for the opera on and protec on of informa on assets; and
• Perform the work as delegated by the by the Func on Head

Skills Required:

• Candidate who is knowledgeable about the products and services for Corporate Business

• Prior Experience of Group Medical Insurance / Employee Bene ts products for companies

• Candidate should be self-driven.
