Sub:- Request to take immediate necessary action against Shaikh Feroze Proprietor
of Sri Minerals and Earth Movers Orissa Taken as an investment in his mining
company, the amount of Rs.3,75,000* 6units=22,50,000(Twenty two lakhs and fifty
thousand) neither paying the profit amount nor Refunding the principle amount –
tolerating the matter from one pretext to another – adopting illegal and unsocial
activities with a mollified intention to grab the invested amount of Rs. 22,50,000

With due respect I am submitting the following few facts for kind early
.consideration and immediate necessary action

That I am the resident of H.No.9-3-125\A\1 MD lines ,Second Lancer . As per

the assurance given by sheikh feroz proprietor of Sree Minerals and Earth movers and
having his office in orrisa and also in Vizag and Vijaywada and he is the resident of
D.No. 86-2-14/3 Tilak Road Rajamahdravaram cell Nos. 6300177422, 9030340299
and 8655234116 and his wife Hameeda Sam's cell No. 9949343177 and second wife
.Jameela 's cell no.9966713435

That the said Shaikh Feroz being a proprietor /managing director /partner self
styled all designations, as he has given the assurance to invest the amount and he will
pay the profit on good faith and on his assurances I invested the amount of Rs.
22,50,000 on different dates, through net banking and banking transfer, details are as
. shown below and the the copy of bank receipts are here with attached

That after receiving of Rs. 22,50,000/-of seven units he gave petty amount as a
profit for the short period ,thereafter I was informed that the project closed and the
principle amount will be returned within 45 working days .(The letter is attached here
with)

That he is tolerating the matter from one pretext to another and not refunding the
principle amount of Rs. 22,50,000/- of (6) units and he played forged and fraudulent
activities with mollified intention to grab and deceived me not to refund my invested
.amount of Rs. 26,25,000/- of 6 units

That he is not giving any response on his cell Nos and he is having 3 wife's in three
different place Rajahmandry ,Visag and vijaywada and some time he make calls from
.unknown Nos. just to prolong the matter

That due to such type of forge fraudulent and deceiving activities myself facing with
a lot of financial and other difficulties and it is a great apprehension of breach of peace
.and the law and order problems will arise

In view of the above facts and circumstances, my most humbly request you to
kindly investigate the matter and take appropriate early necessary legal action against
Shaikh Feroze and his firm Sree Mineral and Earth Movers, Orrisa, Vizag, Vijaywada
etc. and he may be strictly bound over to refund at least the principle amount of Rs,
22,50,000/- of 6 units and do the needful at your earliest . For which I and all my
.family members shall be thankful and grateful to you and the entire department
