Subject: Request for Early Implementation of Restructure of Technical Group C Cadre

Ref: DGM UOI No. A-32020/1/12-E(iii) dated 19/08/2014

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I write to you with deep respect regarding the
ongoing process of restructuring the Technical Group C cadre, as directed in the
reference DGM UOI No. A-32020/1/12-E(iii) dated 19/08/2014. It is with great
anticipation that I acknowledge your leadership in spearheading this vital
initiative.

Allow me to draw your attention to several significant points that underscore the
urgency and necessity of early implementation of this restructuring effort:

1. Throughout my 28 years of dedicated service, I regrettably note a conspicuous

absence of departmental promotions. Despite my unwavering commitment and
proficiency, opportunities for advancement have eluded me and many of my
colleagues.

2. Recent promotional activities, though commendable, have been limited to a mere

fraction of available posts nationwide, typically ranging between 20 to 30
positions. This discrepancy becomes particularly apparent when contrasted with the
robust promotional avenues available to personnel in the SA and MBT-A cadres,
serving as a source of encouragement for those individuals.

3. It is disheartening to observe that while individuals in the SA cadre are

routinely awarded the prestigious MEFA post within a relatively short span of 4 to
5 years, we, in the Technical Group C cadre, remain deprived of such promotional
opportunities even after dedicating 28 years of loyal service to the organization.

4. The persistent exclusion from avenues of promotion relegates us to the status of

low-paid employees, infringing upon our fundamental rights within the organization.
This disparity not only undermines morale but also diminishes the sense of dignity
and fulfillment that should accompany years of dedicated service.

5. Working tirelessly in the same position for nearly three decades has taken a
toll on our mental, social, and financial well-being. The prolonged stagnation in
our professional growth perpetuates a cycle of frustration and disillusionment,
adversely impacting both individual employees and the organizational ethos at
large.

In light of these compelling factors, I respectfully urge for your prompt attention
to this matter. Early implementation of the restructure of the Technical Group C
cadre will not only rectify longstanding disparities but also rejuvenate the spirit
of dedication and excellence within our ranks.

Thank you for considering my request. I remain hopeful for a positive resolution to
this pressing issue.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
