concerned exam inees

G uidelines:

1. A n e x a m in e e m a y see k insp e ctio n /certifie d c o pies of a nsw er b oo ks, in the fo rm at

p re scrib e d h erein after, w ithin 3 0 d a ys fro m the d ate of de claration of resp e ctive
result(s), w ith the a pplica ble fee. T he y m a y also a pply onlin e at
http://ic aie xa m .ic ai.o rg ( except f or CPT and Post Qualif ication Cour ses
exami nati ons, f or whi ch onl y physi cal applicati ons are accept ed) an d
p a y th e a p plicab le fee o nline. T h ere is no pro visio n fo r su b m issio n of su c h re q ue sts
w ith late fee . A p p lication s receive d later tha n 30 da ys fro m th e da te o f
d eclaratio n of re sults w ill not be e ntertaine d un d er a n y circu m stance s.

2. T h e fee is R s 5 0 0 /- p e r p a p er for F in al, Interm e diate (IP C )/A T E /U n it, C P T an d po st

qu alificatio n c o u rses an d is n o n refu n dable .

3. B efore p ro vidin g certified c o pie s/insp e ctio n o f e va luate d a nsw e r bo o ks to the

e x a m in e es, ve rificatio n of a nsw e r bo o ks, w ithin the sc o pe of R e gu latio n 39 (4), w ill be
carrie d out, b y th e offic e, suo motu, in re spect o f all a pp licatio ns for inspection a nd/or
certified co p y o f e va lu ate d a nsw e r bo o k(s).

discre pa n c y if a n y, w ithin the sc o pe of verific ation a s e n visa ge d in R e gulatio n 39 (4)
is n otic e d b y th e e x a m in ees, the e xa m ine es sh all h a ve the o ption to b rin g it to the
notic e of the o ffice, w ithin o ne m o nth fro m th e d ate of disp atc h of c ertified
c opie s/in sp ectio n of e valu a te d a n sw er b oo ks.

5. In sp ectio n/su p ply of e valu ated a nsw e r bo o ks w ill be pro vid e d, ge n erally, w ithin 3 0
d a ys fro m the d ate of re ceipt of the ap p lic atio n b y IC A I, c o m p lete in all respects
in clu din g sign e d D ec laration an d re q uisite fe e.

6. In th e c ase of a re q u est for su p ply of certifie d c opie s of e valu ate d a nsw e r b o o ks

rela tin g to C o m m o n P roficie nc y T est (C P T ) a n d IS A (A T ), o n ly p h oto c o p y of the
rele va n t O M R a nsw e r sh ee t w ill be p ro vid e d. T he rele va n t q ue stio n p a pe r or the ke y
w ill n ot b e p ro vid e d.
 7. Insp ectio n/c ertifie d c o p ies o f e va luate d a n sw er bo o ks of the ex a m in e es w o uld be
p ro vid ed to the c o n cern e d e xa m inee only a n d to no oth er p erso n, u nd er an y
circ u m sta nce s.
