7. That I declare and attest that the above documents are genuine and copy of the said
documents are attached herewith.

WHEREFORE, I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true
and correct in accordance with the Provision of the Statutory Declarations Act, 389 of 1971 of
Ghana.
