I’m writing to OpenAI to convey my excitement for the Software Engineer, API opening that was posted. I
am thrilled about the chance to become a valuable member of the OpenAI team. I have a Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science with a minor in Machine Learning from Lovely Professional University

Using React and contemporary web development techniques, I completed the front end of a chat appli-
cation at Lovely Professional University and designed 60+ Figma templates. I have experience in API
testing with Postman. At Toptal, I delivered three trained ML models and contributed over 20,000 lines of
code. My internship at Celebal Technologies refined my skills in improving internal web apps and backend
modifications.

I am especially interested in this opportunity at OpenAI because my experience fits in well with the duties
listed in the job description. In particular:

Design and Build Platforms: Your requirement for reliable development and production platforms aligns
with my experience building operational support systems and production platforms.

Work Together Across Teams: I have the teamwork skills required to implement new features and research
capabilities thanks to my experience working together with researchers, engineers, product managers, and
designers.

Operational Support: I was responsible for providing operational support, including being on call to respond
to critical occurrences, for systems that were deployed globally.

I work best in fast-paced contexts, especially when it comes to real-time communication systems and
products like WebRTC, audio and video calling, and associated protocols. My commitment to meeting
customer needs and my genuine concern for the user experience make me the ideal candidate for the position
you are looking for. I am a good fit for OpenAI because of my can-do attitude, drive to help colleagues,
and readiness to take on challenges head-on.
