Rules and Regulations for all Stalls

1. Times are from 1.30pm until 5.30pmpm. Stall set-up starts from 12 noon. Please
ensure your stall is set up and ready by 1:15pmam. Breakdown of stalls should only
commence after 5.30pm. Please don't pack up early.

2. Cost per stall is R200.00. Your stall is only booked once EFT payment has been
done. Please note there will be no refund for stall fees should you need to cancel.

3. We do not supply tables, chairs and gazebos. Please bring your own. Stall sizes are
strictly 3m x 3m.

4. Once you have unpacked your items out your vehicle please move your vehicle to the
designated parking area. No parking by your stall will be permitted.

5. All rubbish generated by you must be taken away by yourself after the market. Please
leave the area as you found it – neat and clean. Please ensure your stall is neat and
presentable at all times.

6. Any signage must please be displayed on your stall (3m x 3m) behind your table or
on the front of your table. Not hanging in the front of your stall as this could be a
hazard to the tall people and we don't want any injuries on the day.

I STALLHOLDER agree to the terms and conditions provided, and will abide by all the
Rules and Regulations of the fleamarket.
