Chapter 1 Overview

1、Welcome to use TVHED hydraulic-electric hybrid blow molding machine, in


order to make you properly familiar with the performance and characteristics of the
machine, and make it the most efficient, please read the instruction manual carefully
before commissioning and operating this machine. If you have any questions, please
contact our company. The operation and maintenance of the machine are described in
detail in the following pages. Due to the continuous development of technology, the
TVHED series models have been continuously improved to better meet the needs of
users and to improve the technical parameters and structure, and this information may

第三章 机器安装

1、机器运到工厂以后先检查机器各部件是否有松动,电气接线是否连接牢固。如

有不牢或有松动,则应加以紧固。

2、机器必须安装在水平的地板上。调节地脚螺丝,使机器保持水平。

3、电源线截面积必须满足机器铭牌所标示的装机功率的电流要求,包括零线(铜线材),

同时机器必须有良好的接地,以保证人员安全。将三相四线制电源接到总空气开关和零线端

子。

4、机器使用的气源主要提供给两个部分用,机器上部分动作和吹气,气源压力应能保持
0.5-0.8Mpa。气源排量 0.4-1m3。

5、机器周围应有足够干净的空间,便于辅助设备及机器的操作、维护和保养。

6、本机可采用水池泵水系统(风冷却塔)或冷水机组(制冷机)来提高效率。

Chapter 3 Machine Installation

1、After the machine arrives at the factory, check whether the parts of the machine are loose and

whether the electrical wiring is firmly connected. Tighten if loose or loose.

2、The machine must be mounted on a level floor. Adjust the anchor screws to keep the machine

level

3、The power cord cross-sectional area must meet the current requirements of the installed power

as indicated on the machine nameplate, including the null line (copper wire), and the machine

must be well grounded to ensure personnel safety. Connect the three-phase four-wire power

supply to the main air switch and null line terminal.

4、The air source used by the machine is mainly provided for two parts, the part of the machine is

operated and blown, and the air source pressure should be able to maintain 0.5-0.8mpa.

5、There should be enough clean space around the machine to facilitate the operation, maintenance

and maintenance of auxiliary equipment and the machine.

6.This machine can use pool pump water system (air cooling tower) or water chiller (refrigerator)

to improve the efficiency

7、 设备吊装或移位时,所有钢索不得直接拴在机器油漆面或其它加工表面上,也不能使钢

索夹挤在管路或电线管上,以免擦伤或损坏设备。而是应通过机器上的起吊位起吊,并在起

吊前检查钢索起吊能力。吊装或移位时机器各部件倾斜度不得大于 15 度。应按下图 1 所示

的正确方式起吊。条件不足时亦可用叉车移位安装(2L 塑机约 6.5 吨左右)。

7. When the equipment is lifted or shifted, all cables shall not be directly tied to the machine

pipe, so as not to scratch or damage the equipment. Instead, it should be lifted through the lifting

position on the machine and the lifting capacity of the cable should be checked before lifting. The

inclination of each part of the machine shall not be greater than 15 degrees when lifting or shifting.

It should be lifted in the correct manner as shown in Figure 1 below. When conditions are

insufficient, forklift can be used for shifting installation (2L plastic machine about 6.5 tons).

第四章 使用安全

1、该机器要接受培训专职人员操作,非正式操作人员不准上岗。

2、电路和电器元件为了设备的良好运行,请选择合适的主电源线接入设备。设备在您公司

安装完毕后,请把电气元件部分的螺丝再紧固一次,看是否有松动。并把设备安全可靠接地,

在设备运行中时刻检查各电器件、部件是否有发热和松动及不正常现象,有不正常现象请及

时停机,并检查维修或更换。

3、为了设备的良好运行和您的人身安全请您不要在饮酒之后和身体疲劳等情况下操作和靠

近设备,以免设备伤及您的身体和对设备的误操作。在操作设备时请您一定要熟悉每个按扭

及触摸屏中每个动作的限位位置。熟悉触摸屏所有页面各个按键及所有参数的设置。操作设

备时请站在安全位置,以免设备有突发异常现象时伤及您的身体。

4、时刻观察加温电流表的数值,以免温控仪器损坏而对应区域的温度偏低。注意设备各电

机的电流是否过大及电机自身是否发热,注意电机的轴承保养和维护。定期清理电机、电器

控制柜的灰尘和杂物,让其透风良好,保证散热,以免电器元件以及电机过热。

Chapter 4 Safety to use

1、The machine to accept training full-time personnel operation, informal operators are not

allowed to post.

2、Circuit and electrical components For good operation of the equipment, please select an

appropriate main power cable to access the equipment. After the equipment is installed, tighten the

screws on the electrical components again to see if they are loose. And the equipment is safe and

reliable grounding, in the operation of the equipment always check whether the electrical parts,

parts are hot and loose and abnormal phenomenon, abnormal phenomenon please stop in time, and

check maintenance or replacement.

3、For the good operation of the equipment and your personal safety, please do not operate or get

close to the equipment after drinking alcohol or under the condition of physical fatigue, so as not

to hurt your body and misoperate the equipment. When operating the equipment, you must be

familiar with each button and the limit position of each action on the touch screen. Be familiar

with the Settings of buttons and parameters on all pages of touch screen. Please stand in a safe

position when operating the equipment to avoid injury to your body in case of sudden abnormal

phenomenon

4、Always observe the value of the heating ammeter, so as not to damage the temperature control

instrument and lower the temperature of the corresponding area. Pay attention to whether the

current of each motor of the equipment is too large and whether the motor itself is hot, pay

attention to the maintenance and maintenance of the bearing of the motor. Clean the dust and

debris of the motor and electrical control cabinet regularly to ensure good ventilation and heat

dissipation, so as to avoid overheating of electrical components and motor

5、正常生产中,机器各润滑部位应保持润滑良好,每班至少加注一次润滑油,保持机器清

洁、无油污、无锈蚀。

6、在机器运行的时候,请勿打开机器防护门,且在机器上有安全标识的地方,请勿过于靠

近,防止机器运行时机械伤人。

7、未接好的通气软管、灼热零部件,都会引起伤害.所以气管、水管及其接头等必须定期检查,

如有裂缝或其它损坏,立即停机更换坏零部件。

8、经常检查 V 带松紧程度并及时调整。

9、合模机构:合模机构是该机的主要部件之一,在使用过程中要注意其维护保养,每班开

工前必须检查开合模机构的运行情况,并对各上脂点(中模板滑动套、齿条座等)加注润滑

脂。在本机构准备运行之前及在运行过程中,严禁人体任何部位进入合模机构中,以免造成

人员伤害。如需进入本机构,必须关闭伺服油泵,以确保安全。

10、机器运转时切勿攀登,否则不仅可能损坏机器部件而且若碰到运动零部件或摔下导致受

伤。

7、Unconnected ventilation hoses and hot parts can cause injury. Therefore, air hoses, water hoses

and their joints must be checked regularly, and if there are cracks or other damages, stop

immediately to replace the bad parts..

8、Check the tightness of the V-belt regularly and adjust it in time.

9、Clamping structure : Clamping is one of the main parts of machine tools, in use to pay

attention to maintenance.Check the operation of opening and closing structure before each shift

and grease points (in the template sliding sleeve, rack seat, etc.). Before and during the operation

of the structure, any part of the human body is strictly prohibited to enter the clamping structure,

so as not to cause personal injury. To enter the facility, the servo oil pump must be closed to ensure

safety.

10 、 Do not climb while the machine is running, as it may not only damage the machine

components but also cause injuries if you touch moving parts or fall down.

11、注意机器工作状态,如有异响,应立刻停机检修,机器报警自动停机,只有确认故障之

后,才能开机。

12 模头:

①、拆卸和清理模头时,模头先加热到一定温度并保温 3 小时后再进行拆卸工作,清除
零件内的塑料时,必须要用铜棒或铜片,不能用铁棒或螺丝刀等,零件在清除塑料后要进行
抛光处理,注意零件的连接面和内孔不能有碰伤、碰坏。在装配模头时,要注意每个零件的
同心度、垂直度,绝对不能有死角出现。
②、更换内外口模时均需重新调整模口对零和模口开度,拆下外口模压环后应同时取下
外口模,以防外口模自行脱落。
③、若因水压不足,冷却水不能通到模头及加料座处时,须及时提高水压或把油冷却器
的阀门适当关小,确保冷却水能通到模头及加料座处,否则易使模头及加料座处的密封圈烫
坏。
④、若因某种情况下塑化系统加热保温时间过长后,开始数次模头注料时,工作人员应
远离模口下方,以防熔融塑料喷出灼伤。

11、Pay attention to the working state of the machine, if there is an abnormal sound, it should be

confirming the fault, can it be started

12 Die head:

①Disassemble and clean up the die head,the die head is heated to a certain temperature and
kept for 3 hours before dismantling.,copper rods or pieces must be used to remove plastic from
parts,do not use iron rods or screwdrivers, etc..Parts are polished after removal of plastic,note
that the connecting surface and inner hole of the parts are not bruised or damaged。When
assembling die head, pay attention to the concentricity and perpendicularity of each part, and
absolutely no dead Angle.
②、When replacing the internal and external die, the opening of the die and the opening of
the die should be adjusted again. After removing the external die pressing ring, the external die
should be removed at the same time to prevent the external die falling off by itself.
③、If the water pressure is insufficient, the cooling water can not pass to the die head and the
feeding seat, it is necessary to raise the water pressure in time or close the valve of the oil cooler
properly to ensure that the cooling water can pass to the die head and the feeding seat, otherwise
the sealing ring of the die head and the feeding seat will be burned.
④、If the plasticizing system heating and holding time is too long under certain
circumstances, the beginning of several die head feeding, the staff should stay away from the
lower part of the die mouth, in case of molten plastic ejection burn.

第五章 工作原理和主要机构说明

5.1 工作原理:

按一定比例混合的颗粒状塑料母料从注料孔卷入机筒内被加热、挤压、拉伸、混合
而具有很高的韧性,熔融状态的塑料从机头中被以中空的圆筒状挤出,置入两个中空模
腔合模机构,在一定压力的压缩空气作用下,把塑料吹胀后覆盖在模具表面,经冷却而
成制品。以 TVHED-2L-4 为例,以显示各机构的位置、动作流程以及各个机构功能,
如图 2 所示。

Chapter 5 Description of the working principle and

main structure

5.1 working principle:

According to a certain proportion of mixed granular plastic masterbatch from the injection hole
into the barrel is heated, extruded, stretched, mixed and has a high toughness, the molten state of
plastic from the head is extruded in a hollow cylindrical shape, placed into two hollow mold
cavity clamping mechanism, under the action of a certain pressure of compressed air, the plastic is
inflated after covering the surface of the mold, cooled into a product. Take TVHED-2L-4 as an
example to show the location, action flow and functions of each mechanism, This is shown in
Figure 2 below。

5.2 动力传动系统:
1、 动力传动系统包括变频调速电机、硬齿面减速器、传动 V 带等用以驱动螺杆旋转、
挤料,并能精确控制螺杆转速从而控制挤料速度。齿轮减速器的零件采用高强度合金钢,其
主轴上采用高承载力的推力调心滚子轴承,硬齿面减速器具有承载能力高、体积小等特点。

2、机器每次加温准备生产之前应先打开通往塑化系统各冷却水路通道,并经常观察进
水、回水情况和实际冷却效果。检查 V 带松紧程度并及时调整。每运转半个月应观察减速
器之油位视窗,油位是否在规定范围之内,若低于油位应适量补 N220 中级压齿轮油。新机
启用 300~600 小时应更换一次润滑油,更换时须在减速器停车后润滑油尚未冷却前,箱体
亦用同品质润滑油冲洗干净。

5.2 Motion transfer system:

1、 The power transmission system includes a inverter motor, hardened gear reducer, a
transmission V belt, etc. to drive the screw rotation, extrusion, and can accurately control the
screw speed to control the extrusion speed. The parts of the gear reducer are made of high-strength
alloy steel, and the thrust-aligned roller bearing with high bearing capacity is adopted on the
spindle, and the hard tooth surface reducer has the characteristics of high load carrying capacity
and small size. This is shown in Figure 3.

2、 Before each heating of the machine for production, the cooling water channels to the
plasticizing system should be opened, and the inlet and return water and the actual cooling effect
should be observed frequently. Check the tightness of the V-belt and adjust it in time. Every half a
month of operation should observe the oil level window of the reducer, whether the oil level is
within the specified range, if it is lower than the oil level, the appropriate amount of N220
intermediate pressure gear oil should be supplemented. The lubricating oil should be replaced
once within 300 to 600 hours of the new machine, and the lubricating oil should be replaced
before the lubricating oil has not cooled after the reducer is stopped, and the box is also rinsed
with the same quality lubricating oil.

5.3 塑化系统:
1、 塑化系统主要由动力传动系统、机筒、螺杆、模头及加热、冷却系统等组成。本
系统的主要功能是将原料经过加热和挤压混炼,在模头出口处形成塑化均匀的型胚。其工作
过程为:挤料变频调速电机通过皮带带动齿轮减速机转动,减速机将增大的转矩传递给螺杆,
在旋转螺杆的作用下,将从料斗进入机筒的塑料向前输送和压实,最终形成塑化均匀的料胚。

本系统特别说明:
加温时,机筒、齿轮减速器和模头上(带壁厚控制模头油缸)必须接通冷却水,启动
挤料前仔细检查每一段温度是否达到,确认达到设定温后才能启动挤料!冷机启动会造成
机器的损坏(机筒、螺杆工作面的损坏或螺杆断裂)。该系统工作时机筒加热部位高温,
敬请注意安全,防止烫伤。机筒与模头联接处安装多孔板。如果您的制品有特殊配料需要
(回收料或杂质多),可选配快速换网装置。

5.3 Plasticizing system:


The plasticizing system is mainly composed of power transmission system, barrel, screw, die
head, heating and cooling system. The main function of this system is to heat and extrude the raw
material to form a uniformly plasticized embryo at the die outlet. Its working process is: extruded
frequency conversion speed control motor through the belt to drive the gear reducer rotation, the
reducer will increase the torque to the screw, under the action of the rotating screw, from the
hopper into the barrel of the plastic forward transport and compaction, and finally form a
plasticized uniform embryo type。

Special instructions for this system:


When heating up, the barrel, gear reducer and die head (with Parison control die head oil
cylinder) must be connected to cooling water. Check whether the temperature of each
section is reached before starting the extrusion, and confirm that the set temperature is
reached before starting the extrusion! Cold start will cause damage to the machine (damage
to the barrel, screw working surface or screw breakage). Please pay attention to the safety of
the barrel heating part when the system is working. A porous plate is installed at the
connection between the barrel and the die head. If your products have special dosing needs
(recycled material or impurities), a quick screen change device is available as an option

5.5 型胚控制系统:
1、根据客户制品要求选配 100 点壁厚控制系统。本控制系统应用液压伺服定位原理,

实时控制挤出模套和模芯的相对位置来调节挤出型胚轴向壁厚分布。补偿型胚因垂伸及吹胀

比不均对制品壁厚的影响,大大增强吹塑制品强度或减轻制品重量。 功能: 快速设定旋钮、

图型化点设定、文件存储功能、开关输出功能、状态监视功能、手动功能、控制周期自动跟

踪功能。 特点:操作方便 、上手快、适应性好、 智能设定、稳定可靠。(此系统另附使

用说明书)。

5.5 Parison Control System:

5.6. 拆卸和清理:
1、 拆卸和清理模头时,模头先加热到一定温度后并保温 3 小时,再进行拆卸工作,清
除零件内的塑料时,必须要用铜棒或铜片,不能用铁棒或螺丝刀等,零件在清除塑料后要进
行抛光处理,注意零件的连接面和内孔不能有碰伤、碰坏。在装配模头时,要注意每个零件
的装配同心度、垂直度,绝对不能有死角出现。螺纹上一定要加涂高温油后再装配,同时应
注意螺纹的松紧度和零件的装配方向。

本系统提醒事项:
1、 更换内、外模口时均需重新调整模口对零和模口开度(有壁厚控制系统),拆下
外模口压环后应同时取下清理,以防自行脱落。
2、若因某种情况下塑化系统加热保温时间过长后,启动主机模头开始挤料时,工作人
员应远离模口下方,以防融熔塑料喷出灼伤。
3、在塑化系统及模头部件的连结紧固件(如螺钉、螺孔等)上,都必须涂好高温油(即
二硫化铜)再旋紧。

5.6. Disassembly and cleaning:


1、 When disassembling and cleaning the die head, the die head should be heated to a certain
temperature and kept for 3 hours before disassembling. When removing the plastic in the parts,
copper rods or copper sheets must be used instead of iron rods or screwdrivers. The parts should
be polished after removing the plastic. Pay attention that the connecting surfaces and inner holes
of the parts should not be bruised or damaged. When assembling the die, pay attention to the
concentricity and verticality of each part, and there must be no dead ends。The thread must be
coated with high temperature oil after assembly, and should pay attention to the tightness of the
thread and the assembly direction of the parts。

This system reminds matters:


1、 When replacing the inner and outer dies, it is necessary to re-adjust the zero point of
the die mouth and the opening of the die mouth. After removing the outer die pressing ring,
the outer die should be removed at the same time to prevent the outer die from falling off by
itself。
2、If the heating and holding time of the plasticizing system is too long under certain
circumstances, when the die head of the main machine starts to squeeze, the staff should stay
away from the lower part of the die mouth to prevent the melting plastic from burning
3、In the plasticizing system and mold head parts of the connection fasteners (such as screws,
screw holes, etc.) must be coated with high temperature oil (namely copper disulfide) and
then tightened.

5.7 开合模、移模装置:
1、开合模装置由开合模油缸、合模板、移模板、直线导轨、同步齿轮、曲臂、移模伺
服等组成,其主要功能是通过油缸完成模具上移、合模夹管胚、模具下移、锁模供吹胀制品
冷却定型、开模脱出等一系列动作。当发现模具合模分型面不紧密(上开口或下开口)时可
通过合模板底部的平衡螺丝来做适当调整。

5.7 Clamping-and-sliding device:

clamping template , a template moving, a linear guide rail, a synchronous gear, a crank arm, a
mold sliding cylinder, etc. Its main function is to complete a series of actions, such as mold
moving up, mold clamping, mold moving down, mold clamping for blowing products cooling and

5.8 冷却系统:
1、在生产过程中对模具、液压油、模头、减速箱和加料座等进行冷却。这对生产速度
和制品质量有直接影响,并能保证机器高效、平稳运转。在塑化系统进行加热及正常运转过
程中,须接通冷却水,并定时检查其通水状况,若因水压不足,冷却水不能通到模头及加料
座处时,须及时提高水压确保冷却水能通到模头及加料座处,否则模头油缸密封圈会烫坏,
加料座温度过高塑料会堵住进料口。见图(6)
2、 冷却系统的连接:接好分水器。以下各系统都要接入独立的闭合冷却水。○ 1 液压油
箱(包括主油箱和副油箱)○2 模头○
3 模具○
4 减速箱○
5 加料座。机器每次加温前应先打开通往
各系统的冷却水路,并经常观察进水、回水情况和实际冷却效果。

1、当气温低于零度以下时,如果设备不工作,各系统冷却水一定要排净,否则将会冻坏系
统零部件。

5.8 Cooling system:

5.9 电器控制系统:
1、电控系统由人机界面、PLC 可编程控制器、模拟量伺服放大器、温控模块、继电器、
稳压开关电源、空气开关、等组成。操作面板上装有电源开关、热刀温度、紧急停止等。
2、电源开关:接通、断开机器的控制电源。
3、紧急停止:按下该钮,设备停止一切运行。
4、触摸显示屏:此乃设备之大脑,机器的基本动作都在此发出指令。本机采用<<可编
程序控制器 PLC+触摸式人机界面>>操作控制系统,综合控制系统的动作,此乃机器正常工
作之根本,鉴于此重要性,作为一章另行详细解绍。

5.10 液压系统:
1、液压站有主液压站和副液压站(带壁厚控制机型),为两个各自独立的系

统。主液压站控制合模、移模和放杆等动作,以及压力和流量的比例控制,采用
定量叶片泵供油。副液压站位于主液压站后侧,柱塞泵单独供给壁厚伺服控制伺
服油缸来实现制品壁厚控制。
2、加注液压油:打开油箱上部的空气滤清器盖,向油箱内加注 N32 或 N46 的抗磨
液压油,环境温度高时采用 N46 抗磨液压油,环境温度低时采用 N32 抗磨液压油,要求油
面超过油面计的 2/3,液压油加注结束后,装好空气滤清器盖。见图(9)

5.9 Electrical apparatus control system:

3、Emergency stop:press the button to stop all operation of the equipment.
4、Touch screen: An important part of a device from which basic machine movements are
controlled. This machine adopts <<Programmable controller PLC+ Touch man-machine
interface >> The operation control system, the action of the integrated control system, is
fundamental to the normal operation of the machine. It is important and will be explained in detail
in another chapter.

5.10 Hydraulic system:


1、The hydraulic station has a main hydraulic station and a secondary hydraulic

station (with parison control model), which are two independent systems.The main
hydraulic station controls the action of clamping, sliding and blow pin down,etc,and
proportion.The secondary hydraulic station is located at the back of the main
hydraulic station, and the piston pump alone provides the parison servo control servo
cylinder to realize the product parison control.

2、Fill hydraulic oil:Open the air filter cover on the upper part of the oil tank, and fill the
oil tank with N32 or N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil. N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used when the
ambient temperature is high, and N32 anti-wear hydraulic oil is used when the ambient
temperature is low. The oil level should be more than 2/3 of the oil level gauge,After filling the
hydraulic oil, install the air filter cover. See Figure (9)

5.11 Pneumatic system:


1、The pneumatic system of this model not only has the function of product blowing and
forming, but also uses the incoming material to cut off the cylinder (hot cutting or cold cutting),
product bottle incision and bottom drawing function. The filter pressure reducing valve of
pneumatic system is to adjust the pressure of the system. In general, the pressure is adjusted to

is to ensure that the air contains an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and the oil dropping rate

5.14 去飞边装置:
去飞边皆为气缸动作来完成,去飞边主要是去瓶口飞边和底部飞边。底部飞边都由机器
上或者模具上拉底机构来完成。瓶口飞边,如果是割口则采用旋切割口装置完成,如果是冲
口制品则采用冲口机构来完成。这些机构的动作皆由气缸完成,一般情况下气压调至 0.6Mpa
即可。该机型去飞边装置如图 13 所示。

5.14 Def lash device:


Def lash is done by the cylinder action, is mainly to def lash the bottle mouth and the
bottom. The bottom flashing is done by the bottom pull mechanism on the machine or on the mold.
Bottle mouth def lash, if it is a cut, it is completed by a rotary cutting device, and if it is a
punching product, it is completed by using a punching mechanism. The movement of these
mechanisms is completed by the cylinder, and the air pressure can generally be adjusted to 0.6Mpa.

6.1.操作面板:

6.6 温度控制系统:
1、此系统由断路器、温度控制模块、固态继电器、电流互感器等构成。打开加温开关,
主页上显示为绿色,设定温度是用户根据塑料特性设置的数值,当实际温度达到设定温度时
控温模块断开该区段加热电源,当实际温度低于设定温度时,控温模块接通该区段加热电源,
此时该区电流有数值显示,当实际温度超过设定温度时,控温模块输出电信号接通风机为机
筒降温,达到设定值后停止。

注意:该系统有电流显示,其功能是用于显示各加热区的工作电流,请记录正常工
作时的电流,在生产中要经常观察电流值,若某区电流显示值小于正常电流或显示正在加
温而无电流值,请检查加热器是否损坏,电路是否断路,断路器是否跳闸,以尽快恢复正
常状态。

6.6Temperature control system:


This system consists of circuit breakers, temperature control modules, solid state relays,
current transformers, etc.Turn on the heating switch, the homepage is displayed in green,set
temperature is the value set by the user according to the plastic characteristics,When the actual
temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature control module disconnects the heating
power of the zone. When the actual temperature lower then the set temperature,the temperature
control module connects the section heating power supply,at this time, the current in this area has
a numerical display,when the actual temperature exceeds the set temperature,the temperature
control module outputs an electric signal to connect the ventilator to cool the barrel, Stop when the
set value is reached.

Note:The system has a current display, its function is to display the working current
of each heating zone, please record the current during normal work, and observe the current
value frequently in production. If the current display value in a zone is less than the normal
current or it shows that it is heating without a current value, please check whether the heater

as soon as possible.

6.7 伺服设置界面:

自动移模速度:自动上移模、合模的速度,此速度不宜过快,移模和开模调至 1200-1600
范围即可。

移模点动高速:手动时的合模、移模的速度,此速度调至 100-200 范围即可。


移模点动低速:手动时的合模、移模到达传感器(原点)位置附近后的速度,此速度调至
50-100 范围即可。

原点回归速度:点“回原点”键时合模、移模的速度,此速度调至 50-200 范围即可。

不使用推料装置传感器:打开该功能,在冲头推进时限位。
不用料长检测光电传感器:打开光电功能,射料长度由光电开关所安装的高度对料
胚进行反射来达到料胚的长度。

使用/不使用割口:对于半自动模具,可选择关闭此功能。
使用/不使用拉底:对于半自动模具,可选择关闭此功能总产量清零:按下重新开始
计数。

计时/计数清零:如果对时间设定参数进行修改,那么产量也会变化,需重新按此按
钮进行复位清零,重新计算日产量。

合模时间:(X4)点亮后进入慢速合模状态持续的时间,必须要保证模具锁到位后保持
0.2 秒以上来保压。

二次合模:二次合模的保压的时间。
开模时间:微抽时间结束后进入开模工序。
锁模时间:模具锁到位后保压的时间。

延时切刀:(X4) 亮起合模转慢速时计时开始切刀。
切刀时间:往复切刀设定时间通常为 0.20-0.40S,切完即退回,单次切刀时间设为零,
一次合模动作单次进或退。

延时放杆:控制何时放杆(插针)的时间,对于上冲口的制品可延时 0.2S 时间让空


气预吹入料胚。

放杆时间:吹针杆插入模具进气孔时间,以瓶口剪切平整为依据。

第七章 设备的调试

7.1 开机前准备:
1、打开气源,合上空压机电源开关或打开其他气源开关,检查气压。
2、确定前护板安装到位电源、水源、气源、液压油、齿轮油等接通和加注完毕后,机
器就可以进行空机调试了。
3、手动试机,接通电源,合上设备总空气开关,给设备供电,查看电压表和电流表的
显示是否正常。选择语言进入主页如图 15。

特别提示:
① 前护板安装到位(非常重要)保护人身安全。
② 检查管道接头有无漏油、漏气。
③ 检查各限位开关位置是否符合动作要求。
④ 检查各机械运动装置是否正常。
⑤ 检查冷却水循环是否良好。
4、打开加热开关,设定机筒 、机头各加热线圈的温度,对塑化系统进行预热,预热
时间不能少于 1 小时。
5、点动主油泵检查运转方向,然后点动检查壁厚油泵运行方向。
6、使用手动控制,按下触摸屏“手动”,打开手动页面(如图 16),分别检查各子系
统的动作情况,检查各油缸、气缸运动是否正常。

Chapter 7 Debugging equipment

7.1Preparation before starting up:


1、Turn on the air supply, close the air compressor power switch or turn on other air supply
switches to check the air pressure.

gas source, hydraulic oil,gear oil, etc. are connected and filled, the machine can be debugged
empty.
3、Manually test the machine, turn on the power, close the total air switch of the equipment,

Special tips:

① The front skid plate is installed in place (very important) to protect personal safety.

② Check the pipe joints for oil leakage and air leakage.

③ Check that each limit switch position meets the operating requirements.

④ Check whether the mechanical kinematic device is normal.

⑤ Check that the cooling water circulation is good.

4、Open the heating switch, set the temperature of the heating coil of the barrel and the head,

and preheat and preheat the plasticizing system the time cannot be less than 1 hour.

5 、 Jog the main oil pump to check the direction of operation, and then jog to check the

direction of operation of the parison oil pump.

特别警示:
① 严禁冷机启动!塑化系统必须预热 2 小时以上!该机塑化系统采用分段式加热,
各加热段必须达到预定温度,并有一定的保温时间 (1.5--2 小时),才能开启塑化动
力系统,否则将对塑化动力系统造成永久的损坏!
② 即使在保修期内,本公司亦对由于以上原因造成的损坏不承担任何责任!
③ 预热后,塑化系统和模头始终处于高温状态,接触时必须佩戴棉质或防高温手
套,谨防烫伤!
④ 一切检查完毕,确定无误后,方可进行试机。

7.2 料筒慢速挤料:
1、空载试机完毕后,若无异常,可以进行注料试生产,首先把母料混合均匀,母料要保持
干燥、干净,不能混入杂质异物,加注母料后,开启塑化动力机构,根据变频器转速等待约
20-30 分钟,开始试产,根据样品情况,微调各设定参数

Special Warning:
1 It is strictly forbidden to start the cold machine! Plasticizing system must be preheated

for more than 2 hours! The plasticizing system of the machine adopts segmented heating,

each heating section must reach the predetermined temperature, and have sufficient heat

cause permanent damage to the plasticizing power system!

7.2 The barrel is squeezed at a slow speed


1、After the completion of the no-load test machine, if there is no abnormality, you can carry out
injection trial production, first of all, the master batch is mixed evenly, the master batchshould be
kept dry and clean, can not be mixed with impurities and foreign matter, after filling the master
batch, open the plasticizing power mechanism, wait for about 20-30 minutes according to the
speed of the inverter, start trial production, according to the sample situation, fine-tune the set
parameters.

7.3 料胚重量及同心调整方法:
1、通过调节料胚的重量可以达到调节制品克重的目的,如果有壁厚控制系统,可调节

7.4 模具安装方法:
1、机器各部件回原点,把模具平衡螺丝调整到模具厚度以下,首次安装模具以模头中
心线为基准,第二次安装可以吹针为基准。

7.5 手提安装模具:
1、对于较小较轻的模具适合采用人力安装,首先将吹塑模具两半分离,选好前侧模具,
将一根 M12 螺拴拧入中间上部安装孔(深度 8-10mm),抬起模具从模板上部对准导向槽放
入,拧入其他螺拴,适当锁紧,对准调整模板上部水平面及中心线,对称锁紧所有螺栓,再
将另一半模具对准前面模具导柱孔放入扣紧,松开双手,在触控屏上的手动页面进行慢速合
模,锁紧全部安装螺栓。

7.6 吊装设备安装模具:
1、适合带副模全自动模具的安装,此模具通常较长,在中部平衡点设有吊装孔。装上
两只吊装环,吊钩吊起整体模具(模具不分离),调整模板高度,水平移动到模板一侧缓慢
进入,靠近前模板安装槽位置, 先找正一个安装孔拧入螺栓,再将其他螺栓对准拧入,适
当锁紧,对准调整模板上部水平面及中心线,对称锁紧所有螺栓,在触控屏上的手动页面进
行慢速合模,锁紧全部安装螺栓,取出吊装环。

7.4 Mold installation method:

the other half of the mold is aligned to the front mold guide pillar hole and put in the fastening,
loosen your hands, and slowly close the mold on the manual page on the touch screen, and lock all
the mounting bolts.

7.6 Hoisting equipment installation mould:


1、It is suitable for the installation of automatic mould with auxiliary mould, which is
usually longer and has hoisting holes at the middle balance point. Install two lifting rings, the hook
lifts the whole mold ( the mold is not separated ), adjusts the height of the template, moves
horizontally to the side of the template to enter slowly, closes to the position of the front template
installation slot, first finds an installation hole to screw in the bolt, and then aligns the other bolts
to screw in, locks appropriately, aligns and adjusts the upper horizontal plane and center line of the
template, symmetrically locks all bolts, and slowly closes the mold on the manual page on the
touch screen, locks all installation bolts, and removes the lifting ring.

Common Fault & Elimination Methods


When you encounter equipment that cannot be produced normally in production, in some
cases it is not the equipment that has failed, please check the following table first, and then
check your equipment. )

8.1General troubleshooting:

8.2on-the-go adjustment:
