1.3 INTERVENTION OUTCOME:

 7-Apr-24:
- The Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well.

 8-Apr-24:

- The main task for the day involved cutting a specific length (800 meters) of coiled tubing (CT) string pipe
based on a decision from the OilTech office.
- Following the cut, the crew assembled an external dimple connector and perform pull test on it for 5
minutes with a force of 30,000 pounds, following the job program's guidelines.

 9-Apr-24

- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (LP 300- HP 5000 Psi) along with the
- Completed BOP and tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
- WF team continue working on the connector.

- The crew conducted a Tool Box Talk (TBT) with the crane operator to ensure coordinated lifting of the
injector head (IH). After successfully raising and connecting the IH to lubricators, they proceeded to line up
and connect the nozzle and lubricators to the blowout preventer (BOP) on the wellhead

- a ball was dropped down the CT string and pumped to ensure proper placement in the nozzle. After
pressure testing the WF. Assembly (WF MHA) successfully, they performed a function test by gradually
increasing the pumping rate and observing pressure changes. This test verified that the upper Bottom Hole
Assembly (BHA) functioned correctly without leak.

- the well was opened, and the CT began its descent downhole. However, the CT encountered an obstruction
at a shallow depth (2.5 meters) above the Flow Cross. The crew retrieved the CT above the BOP and shut
the well in for further evaluation before receiving a new Flow Cross.

 10-Apr-24:

- after receiving a new Flow Cross, the crew wasted no time. They rigged up the flanges and installed the
new Flow Cross. They then re-ran the function test on the (WF tool), which passed successfully.
- With everything back in order, they began running the coiled tubing (CT) back down the hole. The CT
steadily reached its target depth of 2050 meters. While running in hole (RIH), they monitored pressures
(tubing pressure at 20 psi and annulus A pressure at 550 psi) and weight on the CT (21,000 lbs).
Additionally, they performed a weight check 30 meters below the end of tubing (EOT) depth. This check
confirmed (RIH weight of 24,000 lbs and pick-up weight of 29,000 lbs).

 11-Apr-24:

- the crew encountered challenges while attempting to activate the underreamer blades and tag on EOT

Underreamer Activation Attempts:

- Four tries were made to correlate the end-of-tubing (EOT) depth with the actual depth by picking up the
CT and stopping at specific points. Unfortunately, there was no indication of successful activation after
each attempt. Brine pumping was restarted between tries to keep the blades engaged.
- After the unsuccessful attempts, the crew awaited instructions from the ROO Wellsite Coordinator. The
well was shut in with specific pressure readings (tubing pressure at 30 psi and annulus A pressure at 416
psi).
- · Following instructions, the CT was pulled out of the hole (POOH) to the surface

Rigging Down and Preparations:

- A safety meeting was held before rigging down the injector head (IH).
- A function test was performed on the WF. BHA (WF BHA), and it passed successfully.
- The load seal of the IH was checked and replaced if necessary.
- The IH and connected raisers were picked up and rigged up to the Xmas tree (a wellhead assembly with
valves).
- The WF. team began assembling their BHA.

 12-Apr-24:

- the crew began by running the coiled tubing (CT) back down the hole (RIH). However, they received new
instructions from OILTECH Management to pull the CT back to the surface (POOH) due to recurring weight
fluctuation issues.
- Once the CT reached the surface, the crew at the operational technology (OT) department investigated the
problem. They performed function tests on the weight indicator to identify the cause of the fluctuations.
- Unfortunately, even after replacing the load seal and the weight indicator itself, the issue persisted. The
mechanic team joined the effort to diagnose and fix the problem, but a resolution remained elusive by the
end of the day.

 13-Apr-24

- there was positive progress on the weight fluctuation issu. The crew reported that the problem was nearly
fixed, but they were awaiting a decision from CSC management before proceeding. After that Fortunately,
CSC management gave the go-ahead later in the day, allowing the operation to resume.

 14-Apr-24

Here's a summary of what happened on April 14th

Preparation and RIH :

- The day began with pressure testing the equipment, successfully installing the lubricators, and the
Weatherford team assembling their Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) after performing a function test. The
coiled tubing (CT) was then run in hole (RIH) to a target depth of 2242 meters.

Challenges and Adjustments:

- Once at the target depth, the crew parked the CT and pumped to fill its volume. However, there were no
returns to the surface, and a pick-up weight (PUW) indicated the CT might be stuck.
- The CT was pulled out of hole (POOH) to a shallower depth (2193 meters) with no signs of excessive force
needed (overpull). After consulting with their management, the crew received instructions to attempt
running the CT back in (RIH) again. However, the CT encountered resistance at a depth of 2265.8 meters
(HUD depth). A flag was set at the HUD depth, and pumping began to activate the WF. tools.

Locating EOT and POOH:

- With no returns to the surface, the crew used a slow pulling speed (1 m/min) and a low pumping rate (1.2
bpm) to locate the end of tubing (EOT). They successfully found it at a depth of 2213.2 meters. Following
further instructions, the CT was parked at a shallower depth (2190 meters) while pumping continued.
Finally, the coordinator instructed pulling the CT back out to the surface (POOH).

 15-Apr-24

Surface Preparations and Function Tests:

- The day started with the CT reaching the surface. The Wellhead Flow (WF) team performed a post-function
test on the equipment.
- They then assembled all the BHA tools and conducted a successful function test, gradually increasing the
pumping rate and observing corresponding pressure changes to ensure proper operation of the
underreamer blades.

Challenges Downhole:

- The CT was run back in hole (RIH) and parked at the target depth (2242 meters, 30 meters below the End
Of Tubing). However, upon encountering the HUD at a slightly deeper depth (2265.5 meters), the CT
experienced resistance.

- Pumping began at 1 bpm to fill the CT volume, but the CT stalled at a depth between 2266.6 and
2267.4 meters. This likely indicated insufficient torque to overcome resistance, possibly due to
the underreamer blades needing activation.
- After applying slack off weight (1,000 lbs) and stopping pumping, a second attempt to activate the tool was
initiated. The crew then awaited further instructions from the ROO Wellsite Coordinator.

16-Apr-24

Third Attempt and Encountering Obstruction:

- Following instructions, the crew made a third attempt to activate the tool downhole. They slowly ran the
CT in hole (RIH) with caution until encountering an obstruction at a depth of approximately 2265 meters.
The increased circulating pressure (2400 psi) and pick-up weight (23,000 lbs) indicated resistance.

Passing the Obstruction and Stalled Progress:

- The CT was pushed further (RIH) and managed to pass the obstruction at a depth of 2269 meters. Pressure
and running speed returned to normal (off-bottom parameters).
- However, further progress was halted, and the CT was pulled out (POOH) to a depth of 2272 meters, with
pumping stopped.

Milling Operation and Decision Point:

- After observing a slack-off weight (1500 lbs) at a depth of 2275 meters, the crew followed instructions to
mill out an additional 5 meters. This involved using a milling tool to grind through the obstruction.
- Following the milling operation, they attempted "bullheading" by pumping 200 barrels of fluid downhole
with no returns observed at the surface.
- With this step completed, the crew awaited further instructions from the ROO Wellsite Coordinator. The
final decision for the day was to pull the CT out to the surface (POOH) and begin rig down procedures.

Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:

 Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
 OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
 Continue R/D and move to next well
