‫ﺑﻤﻮﺟﺐ ﺍﻟﻨﺼﻮﺹ ﺍﻟﺘﺸﺮﻳﻌﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻌﻤﻴﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺠﺰﺋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﻨﻴﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﻤﻮﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﺗﻘﺴﻴﻢ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺮﺍﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺼﻮﺹ‬

‫ﺍﻟﺼﺎﺩﺭﺓ ﻟﺘﻄﺒﻴﻘﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫‪-‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺳﻮﻡ ﺭﻗﻢ ‪ 2.18.475‬ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺘﺤﺪﻳﺪ ﺇﺟﺮﺍﺀﺍﺕ ﻭﻛﻴﻔﻴﺎﺕ ﻣﻨﺢ ﺭﺧﺺ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﺴﻮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﻬﺪﻡ‪.‬‬

‫‪-‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙ ﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻤﻴﺮ ﻭﺍﻹﺳﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﺳﻴﺎﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻭ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ ﺭﻗﻢ ‪337.20‬‬

‫‪-‬ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙ ﻟﻮﺯﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻠﻴﺔ ﻭﻭﺯﻳﺮﺓ ﺇﻋﺪﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﺘﺮﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻮﻃﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻌﻤﻴﺮ ﻭﺍﻹﺳﻜﺎﻥ ﻭﺳﻴﺎﺳﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻳﻨﺔ ﻭﻭﺯﻳﺮ ﺍﻟﺼﻨﺎﻋﺔ‬

‫ﻣﺴﺎﻃﺮ ﻟﺘﺪﺑﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻼﻣﺎﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺈﻳﺪﺍﻉ ﻭﺩﺭﺍﺳﺔ ﻃﻠﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺮﺧﺺ ﻭﺭﺧﺺ ﺍﻟﺴﻜﻦ ﻭﺷﻮﺍﻫﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﻄﺎﺑﻘﺔ ﻭﺗﺴﻠﻴﻤﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫ﻭﺍﻟﺮﺍﻣﻲ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺑﺈﺻﻼﺣﺎﺕ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺒﻨﻰ ﺫﻱ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺟﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺎﺭﻳﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﻟﻴﺔ‪:‬‬

‫ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺮﻭﻉ‪ :‬ﻭﺿﻊ ﺳﻴﺎﺝ ﺣﺎﺟﺰ ﺑﺄﺳﻼﻙ ﺣﺪﻳﺪﻳﺔ ﻣﺆﻗﺘﺔ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻻﺳﻤﻨﺖ‬

‫ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺒﻨﻰ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺭﺧﺼﺔ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺒﺎﻧﻲ ﺍﻟﻘﺎﺋﻤﺔ ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺘﻀﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺻﺔ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﺭﺩﺓ ﺑﻌﺪﻩ‪ .‬ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﺃﺟﻞ ‪ 6‬ﺃﺷﻬﺮ‬

‫ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮﺍﺕ ﺗﻨﺼﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﺻﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮﺻﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻷﻧﻈﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺎﺭﻱ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‪ ،‬ﻭﻻﺳﻴﻤﺎ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻷﺟﺰﺍﺀ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻛﺔ‬

‫ﻳﺘﻌﻴﻦ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺧﺼﺔ ﺗﺜﺒﻴﺖ ﻟﻮﺣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻣﻜﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﺭﺯ ﻟﻠﻤﺒﻨﻰ‪ ،‬ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ ﺑﻴﺎﻧﺎﺕ ﺗﺘﻌﻠﻖ ﺑﺮﻗﻢ ﺭﺧﺼﺔ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺚ‪:‬‬

‫ﺃﺷﻐﺎﻝ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﻭﻧﻘﻠﻬﺎ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﻣﺎﻛﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺼﺼﺔ ﻟﺬﻟﻚ‪.‬‬

‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﻣﺲ‪ :‬ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋﺪﻡ ﺇﻧﻬﺎﺀ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺧﺼﺔ ﻷﺷﻐﺎﻝ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺪﺩﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺮﺧﺼﺔ ﻳﺘﻌﻴﻦ‬

‫ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻢ ﻃﻠﺐ ﺟﺪﻳﺪ‪.‬‬

‫ﺗﺼﺒﺢ ﺭﺧﺼﺔ ﺍﻹﺻﻼﺡ ﻻﻏﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺑﻌﺪ ﺍﻧﻘﻀﺎﺀ ﻣﺪﺓ ﺳﺘﺔ ﺃﺷﻬﺮ‪ ،‬ﺍﺑﺘﺪﺍﺀ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ ﺗﺴﻠﻴﻤﻬﺎ‪ ،‬ﺩﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻭﻉ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺩﺱ‪:‬‬

‫ﻓﻲ ﺇﻧﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻷﺷﻐﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻠﻘﺔ ﺑﺎﻹﺻﻼﺣﺎﺕ ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻉ ﺍﻟﺮﺧﺼﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﺍﻟﺮﺧﺼﺔ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺆﺩﻱ ﻟﻔﺎﺋﺪﺓ ﺟﻤﺎﻋﺔ ﻋﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻜﺎﻙ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ﺍﻟﺮﺳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺼﻮﺹ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻴﺎﻥ‬ ‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼﻞ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺑﻊ‪:‬‬
