1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
1.1 HS&E INCIDENTS:
 There were zero HSE incidents during this intervention.

1.2 OBJECTIVE:
The program aims to improve the injectivity of Dammam wells by stimulating the open hole
using an HCl acid system to dissolve and bypass any damage present.

1.3 INTERVENTION OUTCOME:

 19-Apr-24:
- The Permit to Work (PTW) was printed out, and the team is waiting for the OAA to isolate the well.
- Continued rigging up and conducted the weekly pressure test for BOP (LP 300- HP 5000 Psi) along with the
Pull Test CT Connector (16 K).
- Completed BOP and Pull tests, confirming all systems are in good condition and ready for operations.
 20-Apr-24:

This summary details the well operations conducted on April 18

Pressure Testing and Well Status:

- Executed pressure tests for all equipment ( Inlet FB line, DS, US, SSV) for 5 minutes each, following
the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Pre-Job Injectivity Test:

- The well was opened, and initial shut-in pressures were recorded.
- A pre-job injectivity test was performed, starting at a rate of 1 bpm and increasing to a maximum
of 4 bpm.
- The test concluded with a maximum tubing pressure (TBG) of 274 psi and annular pressure (A
Ann) of 298 psi at 4 bpm.

Coiled Tubing (CT) Run and Brine Pumping:

- CT was deployed to tag HUD while pumping brine at a minimum rate.
- After tagging the HUD, CT was picked up slightly and flagged.
- Brine with 10% (MS) was then pumped, reaching a TBG pressure of 240 psi and A Ann pressure of
148 psi.
- The CT was retrieved to surface and a soaking period commenced.

Post-M.Solvent Injectivity Test and CT Deployment:

- Brine pumping was restarted for a post-solvent injectivity test, with TBG pressure reaching 20 psi and A Ann
pressure reaching 10 psi.
- CT was then deployed again, this time to a depth of 584 meters while maintaining minimum brine flow.

Acid Treatment:

- In two separate passes, acid was pumped downhole through the CT:
- Pass 1: CT was lowered to a specific depth (HUD-1 meters) while continuously pumping acid at 2.5bpm.
- Pass 2: CT injection was stopped at the same depth, then retrieved to 570 meters while continuing acid
pumping.
- During the acid treatment, circulation pressure reached 4850 psi for the first pass and 4900 psi for the second
pass. A total of 127+27 barrels of acid were used.

Well Shut-In:

- Following the acid treatment, the CT was retrieved to the surface.

- The well was then shut in and allowed to soak.

 19-Apr-24:

FIT and Rig Down Instruction and Crew Activity:

 Start pumping brine (Final-injectivity test), (TBG Shut-in= 138 psi), (Ann A Shut-in= 50psi),
 Received instruction from ROO WSC to commence rig down the equipment.
 OT crew held a TBT with all crew members for flushing and rig down.
 Continue R/D and move to next well
