declares the Nandha Medical College and Hospital,
Erode to be a teaching Medical Institution for the purposes
of that Act.

No. II(2)/HO/965/2022.—In exercise of the powers
conferred by Section 3-A of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts
Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras,
hereby appoints one Additional District Judge to the Principal
District Court at Salem and also alters the number of District
Judges and Additional District Jedges to be appointed to
the said District Court as ten with effect on and from the
date on which the said Additional District Judge assumes
charges of the Additional District Court at Attur in
Salem District.

Kanniyakumari District to solemnize marriages within the
territories comprising the State of Tamil Nadu in accordance
with the provisions of the said Act.

of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971
(Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of
Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention to add the
