 Few Reminders on our Policy:

1. Cancellation 1 day before check-in will render the deposit non-refundable.

2. Cancellation anytime after booking has been made will render 1.5k per unit from the
deposit as non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling less than 3 days before your trip will incur a 500 charge to reschedule to a
new date.
4. Rescheduling is allowed once as long as the next date is available. On the second
reschedule there will be a 500 pesos reschedule fee.
5. Guests with no prior messages and have not arrived at Villa Rica at 9pm will be considered
no show, and will forfeit the deposit.
6. If there is still a balance to be settled, please transfer via Gcash or BDO Pay after check-in.
