1. To open the app,

select the Manage
Sales Quotations tile.

2. Choose Create
Quotation.

3. In the Quotation
Type field, enter QT
and press Enter.

4. For the sold-to

party, enter
17100001 and press
Enter.

5. For the ship-to

party, enter
17100001 and press
Enter.

6. In the Valid To
field, enter
02/10/2021 and press
Enter.

7. In the Material
field, enter TG11 and
press Enter.

8. In the Order
Quantity field, enter 5
and press Enter.

9. Choose Save.

A message tells you

that the sales
quotation has been
created.

10. Choose Display.

11. Choose More>

Goto> Header>
Status.

In the Processing
Status section, there
is no Approval Status
field. This means no
quotation workflow is
triggered.

Therefore, the next

step to complete is
the Changing Sales
Quotation one.

12. Choose More>

Extras >Output >Print
Preview.

13. Choose Display

PDF Document.

14. Choose Open.

15. A PDF of the

sales quotation
appears.

Close the document.

launchpad, choose
SAP.
