He has changed his brand name to Erigo since 2013. and changed the entire product concept to casual fashion
Even though he has changed his brand name, it's a shame that his business this time is still not well received by the
market. In fact, he also invested a lot in Erigo to do a photo shoot in Singapore.
His business determination is indeed very strong, he never give up. The man who was born on June 15, 1990 is
innovating to explore other concepts. Erigo also carries the concept of traveling with the theme of street style. He
also unsparingly did a photo shoot in Japan and spent quite a bit.
He also had accumulated debt due to developing his business. That's what made him not finish college and focus
more on the business which he was running.muhammad Sadad continued to try to develop the business on a large
scale by borrowing various business capital.
In terms of Erigo's marketing at the beginning, Sadad relied on online and offline marketing. For offline, he tries
to open exhibitions in various bazaars to neighboring countries. However, again he found a problem, namely a
weakness in the exhibition system.
The exhibition system that he uses has a weakness, namely higher operational costs because he has to rent booths
at the event and at the same time provides discounts. As a result, Sadad often suffered losses of tens of millions of
rupiah.
This can be seen at an exhibition in Malaysia which requires operational costs of up to Rp. 25 million but sales
only reach Rp. 5 million. The exhibitions he holds in various cities in Indonesia also often experience losses due to
higher operational costs.

Strategy Marketing
Erigo's quite good marketing strategy has brought this local brand to
success and has already gone international. The strategy that we use is
the (IMC) Integrated Marketing Communication strategy for a more
maximized marketing strategy.
Erigo's IMC strategy is to collaborate exclusively with Shopee, take
part in the New York Fashion Week 2021 event, and also carry out
Erigo Tour activities where Erigo creates pop-up shops in selected
locations in Indonesia.
Strategi Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) :
1. Advertaising
Erigo has 2 advertising methods, namely offline and online. Offline ads
are like billboards while for online ads are like promotions on social
media.
2. Sales Promosion
Erigo has sales promotions such as giving good service discounts.
3. public relations
Erigo approaches customers directly by holding events such as fashion,
opening stands store, and Erigo tours.
4. sponsorship
Erigo has sponsorships with various well-known entrepreneurs,
companies and artists to promote their brands, such as Anya Geraldin,
Raffi Achmad, Raline Shah, JKT48, Enzy Storia, Refal Hady, and
Angga Yunanda. Not only famous artists, even Shopee and Tokopedia
provide support for Erigo's products.
5. Packaging
Erigo has very good packaging, the goal is to reward customers who
have bought Erigo products.
6. social media and web sites.
Erigo has many social media from Facebook to Instagram, online stores
(Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli), YouTube, and websites.
