Dear Recruitment Department of RMIT University, I am a newly-graduate majoring in International
Relations from the University of Social Sciences and Humanitarian. I’m writing to apply for the
position of Student Support Officer, as advertised on your websites. Although I have just graduated
not too long ago, I have been experiencing many jobs from various fields and achieved several
accomplishments.

I have had more than three years working in F&B sector and was promoted to be the Operations
Manager of Pasta Fresca, an Italian cuisine restaurant. During that period, I have proven my ability to
work under pressure and manage the workflow of the restaurant, especially during the COVID-19
time. Not only am I able to meet the customers’ satisfaction but also an important member
connecting other staff to my foreign employers.

Not until I had started working at ILA as a teacher assistant did I realize my passion for teaching.
With excellent English skills, I was able to create a friendly environment encouraging and helping my
students use English in their daily lives. After a few months, I was promoted to be the official VNT
(Vietnamese Teacher) of ILA. During the time working here, it was my honor to receive much love
and trust from all of my beloved students as well as the parents, it also made me more interested and
gave me many insights into the educational field. After that, I continue to work as an IELTS Trainer
and English Teacher for many centers such as EDUPIA and IELTS Fighter and have assisted plenty of
students with achieving desired bands and results.

From January 2023, I spent 6 months working at AIA as a full-time Financial Consultant and Content
Creator. Being able to use editing tools, I successfully connected to potential customers and assisted
them with their long-term financial plans. Futhermore, some of my contents have received many
good reviews from my customers as well as AIA leaders.

If you are looking for a dedicated, hard-working and flexible Student Support Officer, I believe I
would be a good fit for this position. I truly hope that we could have a chance to meet and discuss
this position. I’ve included my resume so you can learn more about my educational background and
all of my work experience. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Le Huu Tho
