Dear Dr. Grace,

A pleasant day. The Senior High School Hotel Campus is one of the assiduous participants of the institution’s annual
event, the CDSGA Founding Anniversary.
Thus, for this year’s Founding Anniversary celebration, which will be held on April 12, 2024, I am writing to submit a
budget proposal in hope of financially supporting the learners’ eagerness and perseverance in training as they prepare for
the upcoming events.
Listed below are the breakdown of the proposed budget:
1. Festival
a. Dance instructor 6,000
b. Props 5, 000
2. Pageant
a. Make Up Artist 7, 000
b. Filipiniana 3, 000
c. Barong 3, 000
Total Budget Requested 24, 000
In accordance to this, I am asking permission to allow a 20-peso contribution from each student to attain the necessary
budget value for the said programs.
I highly appreciate your positive response with regards to this matter as it will give us the opportunity to utilize the talents
and skills of everyone involved and showcase a sublime performance. Thank you very much.
