Course Description This course examines ethical and accountability issues in the management of governmental and voluntary sector organizations.

Course Objectives At the end of this course, the graduate students should be able to:
1. Show cognitive skills in dealing with ethics and accountability in public service policy issues.
2. Acquire strong critical thinking ability to analyze ethics and accountability in public service and their relevance to public
administrative system.
3. Apply critical thinking skills at work by producing ethical and accountable public servants based upon philosophical foundation

2. At the end of the semester, the student receives a percentage grade, which is thirty percent (50%) of the Midterm Grade
and seventy percent (50%) of the tentative final grade. He/ She is appraised of every grading period.
