1. REPORTS:
Details of the meeting:
1. Learner’s Status
The adviser highlighted concerns regarding the pace of learning in reading
and mathematics. Parents were encouraged to provide additional guidance
at home to help students improve in these critical areas.
2. Catch Up Friday
An initiative called ‘Catch Up Friday’ was introduced, dedicating every
Friday to intensive focus on reading and mathematics. This aims to
provide targeted support for students to enhance their skills in these
subjects.
3. Child Protection Policy (CPP)
The meeting reiterated the school’s commitment to the Child Protection
Policy. Parents were urged to discipline and monitor their children’s
behavior, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
4. Other Matters
A follow-up on the Homeroom Project was conducted to track
contributions. The discussion included planning and allocation of
resources for the project’s successful implementation.
5. Classroom Recognition
The session concluded with the adviser recognizing the academic
achievements of students. Awards were presented to the top-performing
students and the best learners in each subject area, celebrating their hard
work and dedication.

2. ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 P.M. and seconded by Mrs.

Details of the meeting:

1. SAFETY OF LEARNERS
The adviser reiterated about the safety of the students in and outside
the school premises.
2. CONDUCT OF SCHOOL-RELATED ACTIVITIES
The parents were informed about the national reading month for the
English and Filipino subjects. These activities will be held inside the
classroom and will be facilitated by their subject teachers.

3 EMERGENCY SCHEDULE FOR THIS REASON WHICH WILL START


ON NOVEMBER 14, 2022 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
The schedule per subject will be 40 minutes only instead of 45 until
further notice

4. LEARNER’S STATUS
The absenteeism of the students as well as their status on the different
subjects was reiterated on this agenda. The adviser reminded the
parents that they should guide their children in their house.

5. OTHER MATTERS
Follow-up for the payment of the HRPTA project

6. CLASSROOM RECOGNITION
The adviser awarded the class top performing students as well as the best
performing learners per subject area
