• Every member must be honest and genuine to everyone, especially associates. This is
promoted by the organization in order to achieve peace and order.
• Every member should be professional and courteous in all interactions to avoid confusion
and misunderstanding, which may lead to severe conflict.
• Every member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order. The organization is in
favor of a safe workplace.
• Only members of the organization should have the authority to use every equipment, tools,
and materials inside the organization's office.
• No one should use the organization's equipment, tools, and materials for personal use unless
specific permission has been granted. This is to ensure that every property are protected.
Every member should protect organization's properties from vandalism and damage. The
organization encourages the careful use of the equipment, tools, and materials.
• Every member of the organization must be follow the strict dress codes in order to manifest
professionalism. Professionalism shows one's dignity as an employee and as a person.
• Attendance policy should be one of the most prioritized in order to have smooth progress in
an organization. With an attendance policy it will show disciplinary measures that can help
the organization to perform well at the workplace.
• Regard the disciplinary policy as the guideline for proper conduct in the organization.
Follow the said policy in order to maintain the conduct set by the organization.
