NATURE OF THE ORGANIZATION:
A.C.E.S. (Alliance Club for Environmental Sustainability) is a non-profit and
environmental organization concerns with environmental sustainability and integrity which also
aims for overall welfare and development. The primary goal of the organization is to give
awareness to the importance of living with the healthy environment as well as to end any type of
environmental issues which affects the life of the citizens of the society. By promoting
appropriate environmental practices and the obedience for all the environmental rules and
regulations. Our World as a whole can be a better place for each and every one.

MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION:
To effectively conserve, protect and restore the environment through the conduct of rules and
regulations which concerns to the environmental integrity and sustainability. ACES, as
environmental organization aims to demonstrate values and commitment to the exemplary
environmental stewardship.
VISION OF THE ORGANIZATION:
Communities and citizens are empowered to protect the environment and natural resources
which promotes sustainable development and healthy environment that enhances the quality,
value and integrity of life. ACES, as environmental organization enables citizens to develop
skills and abilities towards the attainment of growth and development.
VALUES OF THE ORGANIZATION
 Sustainability
We carefully consider how to best design construction that can be maintained over time without
negatively impacting the environment, balancing short-term interests with future generations'
protection. We understand the interconnectedness of environmental quality, economic growth,
and social justice.
 Conservation
We intend to use natural resources wisely in order to avoid depletion, pollution, and harm to the
environment. We strive to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, reliance on fossil fuels,
and greenhouse gas emissions.
 Restoration
We will work to clean up environmentally impacted lands that are impeding the development of
a sustainable environment. We will actively seek funding for and promote brownfield restoration
within the community.
 Compliance
The standards and guidelines for compliance with state and federal environmental regulations
will be met or exceeded by all community facilities and operations.
 Leadership
We will serve as role models and environmental stewardship educators in the community. We'll
always make an effort to "do the right thing" when it comes to the environment.

We'll regularly evaluate our environmental program, look for areas for improvement, and make
any necessary adjustments.
CODE OF CONDUCT OF THE ORGANIZATION:
Members Decorum
• Every member must pay respect to each other. The organization doesn't allow or tolerate any
form of discrimination, bullying, and harassment that may tarnish member's reputation and
organization image.

• Every member must be honest and genuine to everyone, especially associates. This is
promoted by the organization in order to achieve peace and order.

• Every member should be professional and courteous in all interactions to avoid confusion
and misunderstanding, which may lead to severe conflict.

• Every member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order. The organization is in
favor of a safe workplace.

Use of Organization's Property

• Only members of the organization should have the authority to use every equipment, tools,
and materials inside the organization's office.

• No one should use the organization's equipment, tools, and materials for personal use unless
specific permission has been granted. This is to ensure that every property are protected.

 Every member should protect organization's properties from vandalism and damage. The
organization encourages the careful use of the equipment, tools, and materials.

Compliance with the Rules

• Every member of the organization must be follow the strict dress codes in order to manifest
professionalism. Professionalism shows one's dignity as an employee and as a person.

• Attendance policy should be one of the most prioritized in order to have smooth progress in
an organization. With an attendance policy it will show disciplinary measures that can help
the organization to perform well at the workplace.

• Regard the disciplinary policy as the guideline for proper conduct in the organization.
Follow the said policy in order to maintain the conduct set by the organization.
