EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 16 Series of 2023

AN ORDER ORGANIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BARANGAY HUMAN

RIGHTS ACTION OFFICER (BHRAO) OF BARANGAY LAPINIG, KAPATAGAN,
LANAO DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, Article 2 of Section II of the 1987 constitution declares that is the policy of
the state to promote and protect the dignity of the human person and guarantee full
respect of his human rights;

WHEREAS, to comply with the provisions and specific requirements of article 2, of

section II of the 1987 constitution and the election of the Barangay Human Rights Action
Officer (BHRAO);

NOW THEREFORE, I, HON. RUCELLE C. CONDE, Punong Barangay of Lapinig,

Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby
order and direct the following:

SECTION 1. Establishment of Barangay Human Rights Action Officer (BHRAO). The

BHRAO is established in Barangay Lapinig, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte.

SECTION 2. The designation of BHRAO.

JULIEUS DEMECILLO is hereby designated as Barangay Human Rights Action Officer
of Barangay Lapinig, Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte.

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY this order shall take effect immediately.

Done this 22nd day of December 2023, at Barangay Lapinig, Kapatagan, Lanao
del Norte.
