A. Proposed name of the Business

B. Description of the Business


 The name cocofUntAsty derived from the word “coco”
or “coconut” which is the highlight raw material or
ingredient of our retail product; coconut cookies and
kutsinta. Coconut cookies is a cookie made of coconut
while, kutsinta is a traditional filipino delicacy which
uses the same ingredients such us coconut milk and
coconut shreaded meat, showcasing the savor of
cocolicious taste and nutritious goodness of coconut.
 Our target consumers would be both students and
faculties of the University of Antique.

 Our product needs to be sold in a short time, as fast as


possible or requires low volume of products. Since it’s
a food and it may spoil easily and may cause financial
damage to our capital or may resort to net loss if the
target amount of product will not be sold in time. This
is one of the main problem forecasted in our product
which is kutsinta. On the other hand, coconut cookies
needs low volume of stocks for a starting business to
avoid surplus of our stock from our supplier.
 As a starting business, it is not easy or we cannot say
that our product will be a hit in our target market. But,
with a strong dedication, continuous perseverance in
selling, and commitment as a marketing student, we
envision to have a favorable profit and growing number
of customers as much as having a resellers to buy and
resell our product (kutsinta and coconut cookies) to
achieve its business growth.
 Our product (kutsinta and coconut cookies) is made
tasty, savoring the taste of coconut to catch the interest
of the customers we intended to sell our product with,
for an affordable cost. The packaging of our product

will be eco-friendly as we will use paper wraps and


mini boxes with our own logo and motivational quotes
attached in our boxes. Each mini box will contain a
minimum of 10-12pcs for kutsinta and 35 pesos per
pack of coconut cookies.
 Our product kutsinta and coconut cookies is very
affordable to both students and faculties of the
University of Antique. Each piece of kutsinta and
coconut cookies will cost of 5 Pesos.

 Our business can offer and supply an alternative
for snack production.
 Our business can satisfy our customer’s cravings.
 We offer a budget-friendly product.
 Our business contributes in uplifting our
consumer’s mood by reading our motivational
quotes attached in our packaging.
 Our business plays a role in preserving culture
and tradition as we offer a traditional Filipino
delicacy and a nutritious native ingredients such
as coconut.
