AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, ADAM MICHAEL GENESIS VILLARIUZ JERROMANE SAGSAGAT

AUSTRIA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Palpalicong, Batac City, Ilocos
Norte, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and
states that;

1. My late grandfather, ANASTACIO DEUZ, is the declared owner of a parcel of land

particularly designated as Lot No. 16005, Cad-307-D, located in Brgy. 18, San
Pedro, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines;

2. Very significantly, I have long been in possession of the said property in an open,
continuous, exclusive, actual and notorious manner;

3. Ever since I came in possession of the said property, never was I disturbed nor has
been evicted by anyone therein;

4. As a matter of fact, Florida D. Caraang, one of the heirs of the late Anastacio,
executed in my favor an Affidavit of Consent thereby authorizing me to construct a
residential building in Lot No. 16005, Cad-307-D;

5. Verily, I hereby undertake that no complaints, causes of action nor claims will be
interposed against me over Lot No. 16005, Cad-307-D;

6. In case somebody contest my right and possession over the aforesaid property, I will
be the one solely responsible for the same;

7. As such, no other person or entity, including the Local Government Unit of San
Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, particularly the Zoning Office of San Nicolas, shall be held
accountable for any claims, actions or cases that may arise or will be instituted
regarding Lot No. 16005, Cad-307-D;

8. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of my statements and for
whatever intents and purposes it may lawfully serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set our hands this 1 st day of September,
2021 at San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
