WALKING

The body weight is shifted from one foot to the other in a rhythmic
pattern. The legs swing forward and backward, with the feet
contacting the ground in a controlled manner.

RUNNING
It is a form of locomotion characterized by rapid
movement achieved through a series of bounding strides. It
is a more dynamic and faster-paced activity compared to
walking, involving periods where both feet are off the
ground simultaneously.

JUMPING
It is a form of locomotion and physical activity that
involves propelling oneself into the air using the legs or
other body parts and then landing back on the ground. It is
a fundamental movement pattern found in various
activities, sports, and daily life.

HOPPING
Jumping on one leg at a time, often with a repeated bouncing
motion. Unlike running or jumping, which involve both legs,
hopping relies on the power and coordination of a single leg to
propel the body upward and forward.
