VP of Sales

Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia. With more than 1700 schools as customers, their mission is
to revolutionize early childhood education through technology and provide innovative solutions
to customers. With a team of 60 talented individuals, they are committed to transforming the way
education is delivered in the Southeast Asian region and beyond.

Responsibilities:

As the Vice President of Sales for Vietnam, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth,
developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team. You will
play a key role in expanding customer base, strengthening customer relationships, and
contributing to the overall success of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a
dynamic sales leader who is passionate about Edutech and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven
environment.

● Develop and execute the overall sales strategy and business plan for Vietnam to achieve
revenue targets and market expansion.
● Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and
performance management.
● Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and
stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
● Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, customer presentations,
negotiations, and contract closures.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business
opportunities and drive product development and enhancements.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing
initiatives and product roadmap.
● Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive
analysis to senior management.
● Continuously assess and optimize the sales process, implementing best practices and
leveraging sales enablement tools and technologies.
● Stay updated on industry trends and developments, sharing insights and
recommendations to shape the company's sales strategy.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
● Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the
SaaS industry.
● Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, driving
revenue growth, and exceeding targets.
● Strong understanding of the Vietnam market, customer needs, and competitive
landscape, including experience participating in government tenders.
● Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
a sales team.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build
and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, andp customer
insights to drive informed decision-making.
● Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to drive sales success.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and thrive in a fast-
paced, dynamic environment.
● Experience in the Edutech or related industries is highly desirable.
