Good Day! We hope this letter finds you well. This is Ella Mae D. Bandola, the Event
Organizer of Elle Events. This will serve as an informative letter which outlines the skills and
knowledge of our team in handling and organizing events. By making it more special to its
participants, we give you the touch of quality service that we have.
We are delighted to introduce ourselves as Elle Events, a premier Event Planning
and Coordination company located in the vibrant heart of Pasay City. With a passion for
creating unforgettable experiences and a commitment to excellence, we specialize in crafting
seamless events tailored to our clients' unique visions and objectives. Elle Events was
established last 2019 and have been operating for 5 years, catering different events such
as Personal Events, Corporate Events, Socio-Cultural Events and Leisure Events. With these
5 long years of our operations, we have successfully handled multiple large-scale events and
some of these were;
 1st National Hoteliers Congress at Naga City, January 18-22, 2020
 5th National Congress of Association of Tourism and Hospitality Advocates of
the Philippines, September 09-11, 2021

I’m writing you this letter to let you know that we want to be part in your upcoming
event, the 8th ASEAN Hotelier’s Congress this September 9-11, 2024 (3 days) in MOA
Arena, Pasay City, Philippines. Thus, we would like to present to you our proposal for your
perusal.

VISION: The 8th ASEAN Hoteliers’ Congress envisions to develop and build a sustainable
partnership among Hospitality Industry Stakeholders in ASEAN Counties.
OBJECTIVES: The 8th ASEAN Hoteliers’ Congress aims to:
1. deliver a state-of-the-art overview of a wide range of topics in the area of hospitality,
hotel and restaurant management
2. provide practical review of current status in the particular sector; and
3. enable delegates to participate in formal and informal discussions with the national
experts on management and research particularly on HRM.
