Dear Engr. Pineda,

Good day!

We have come to our attention about the letter we received in form of

Demand Letter dated July 3, 2024 to the beneficiaries of 1Bataan Village. The
letter stated the delinquent payment in the resettlement areas.

Most of the people resides here are fishermen and most aren’t able to
meet the end due to shortage of produce. These are indigent resident of our
Barangay and we are seeking for your support in this matter.

In connection with this, we are writing your good office to allow us to have
the option of Installment on the amount stated in the demand letter. These will
opportune people to pay.

Attached here are the signature of beneficiaries.
