As Prestige is always busy we know that
Productivity is high. However, we have to
arrange time to plan important matters

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Ordering is always last minute although


we understand that the crowd is
undpredictable. However given the
amount of space ordering/ stocks should
be well done.

Profitability in Spaces Prestige is low due


PROFITABILITY to the profit sharing and the number of
KA, but due to high volume and events
Prestige is highly profitable café. We have
to think of to maintain or to get more
profit in this.

COMMUNITY/ TEAM ENGAGEMENT Fatma manage to have a great relationship


w/ spaces and all Spaces and other
Prestige tenant. This should be maintain
and utilized to find more opportunity with
this relationship. (PTTEP etc)

ATTENDANCE Although we know Fatma always goes


back late, but due to the crowd of
Prestige, Fatma have to ensure that by
8:30 everything is well prepared.

Prestige have to work on cleanliness and


CLEANLINESS take it seriously. The whole workstation is
a total mess which is not nice to see by
customers. This should change
immidiately
