AFFIDAVIT

I, PREM CHAND S/o Lt. Sh. Paltu Singh R/o RZ-564, Gali No. 22, Sadh Nagar,
Palam Colony, New Delhi-110045 Aged 71 yrs. Do hereby state and declare on
solemn affirmation as under :-

1. That I am the plaintiff in the above-mentioned suit and I am fully

conversant with the facts of the case and I am well competent to swear
and depose the present affidavit.

2. That the deponent wants to lead the witnesses as mentioned in

application for list of witnesses in support of his claim in the present
case and accompanying list of witnesses has been drafted and filed
under my instruction by my counsel. The same is read over to me and I
have understood the same to be true to the best of my knowledge and
belief and nothing has been concealed thereof. The contents of said
application may kindly be read as part and parcel of this affidavit also as
 the contents of the same have not been repeated herein for the sake of
brevity.
