What to do if u feel that you are always saying no to yourself? When u want to spend some of the money that you win in yourself don't you ever feel guilty about it? Don't u think that you are been selfish? Well | have that exactly sensation every single time | try to buy something for myself and | really think this is not healthy. But what can | do to break this down? Did | need a psychoanalysis? The thing is even worse when somebody ask me for money , because | usually agree to give it to then even when | denied to use it for my own good.So | finish spending a lot of my money in another person's and for what, if | was in their situation | pretty sure that they will alway say no to me. Can | feel guilty for been successful? Yes | can and | do. Do | afraid of showing other people how successful | am? Yes | am. Did | have a reason to act like this? Yes | have it. | feel guilty when | can not help my love ones as much as | want. | give everything to everyone until | get broke. | like a cup if | keep giving the people my money or my time this cup will get emptyand once it get empty nobody is going to help me to full it again.
