of one Year from date 15/07/2024 hereof, in fulfilment of my/our contractual obliga on to
the aforesaid Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Jharkhand**.

guarantee in favour of the Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Jharkhand**/as
security against the said guarantee. In case of renewal of the receipt before expiry of the
contract, the renewed receipt shall con nue to from security under this guarantee.

Please debit my/our CA/Savings Account No. 0939000100170877 with a sum of ₹1,00,000/-
(One Lakh Only) being 100% margin in the form of FDR for issuing guarantee in favour of the
Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department, Jharkhand**/as security against the said

We have already executed general counter indemnity dated ____________________ in your
favour as security for execu ng separate guarantees on our behalf in favour of named
beneficiaries.
We request you to issue a guarantee for Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh Only) on our behalf in favour
of general counter indemnity shall apply to and cover your said guarantee. As already agreed
with you in our general counter indemnity, we authorize the bank to pay the amount
demanded to the beneficiary a er receipt of demand in wri ng from him without reference
to us and irrespec ve of any dispute between us and the said beneficiary. The payment as
made shall be binding upon and recoverable from us.
