Odd Semester (2024-25) ERP Registration Notice for CSJMU

BBA & BCA : 2nd & 3rd Year


B.Sc. : 2nd & 3rd Year

ERP Registration Date : July 01, 2024 to July 15, 2024


Commencement of Classes : July 22, 2024

It is requested to kindly deposit academic fees for the forthcoming academic session as per below
mentioned dates:

60% Fee Deposition Date : July 01, 2024 to July 15, 2024
40% Fee Deposition Date : November 01, 2024 to November 15, 2024

Penalty on 60% Fees not submission (Late Registration) will be as per college policy.
Note: Penalty cannot be exceed 50% of dues

Fee Submission Process


The payment can be made through any one of the following ways
1. Bank Draft (Detailed information like name, University Roll no. & Mobile No. of the student to be
written on the back side of the draft)
2. RTGS/NEFT Bank details for fee deposition

Fee Submission Policy


 In case of Readmission – For one semester – 40% of Full Fees + Book Bank
For two semester – 80% of Full Fees + Book Bank
 Full Fee submission in case of Fee Waiver/ Scholarship based fee
 Applications with documents (Medical Cases Only/ Genuine Cases) will be accepted before 7 days
of Due Date of fees as per fee structure/ notification. Otherwise, it will not be considered for any
reason. All applications must be signed by Coordinator, HOD, Principal /Director. It will be
considered only once in a respective course duration and it must be genuine. In case of any fake
documentation / certificates provided by the students then heavy penalty will be imposed and legal
action will be taken against him/ her.
 The student is expected to read the notices put on the notice board/ERP/ WhatsApp message of
the Institute regularly. The Institute is not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the
students due his failure to read the notices from time to time
