Alstom - Crespin, France (Electro Mechanical Design activities and CR activities):

Regio 2N Design projects (OCE, OHF, AURA, ONO2):

This project involves implementation of CDR, PDR, DDR in OMNEO platform on OCE, OHF,AURA,ONO
regions and also implementation of design activities for new train build of ONO2 region like duplicating the VPM
structure and harnesses from ONO train and changing the structure as per DOC9 and modifying harness as per
new train Environment.

Worked on design projects END to END Processes:

Starting with CDR, will implement VPM structure as well as PDM structure to create assembly numbers, part
number and Drawings Number and send to client to implement the COD9. Second PDR, will implement 3D Models
like sheet metal parts, Electrical harness, assemblies and will do MOCK-UP Analysis (Clash analysis) then will send
MUP Reports to MUP team (Client) to change the maturity levels, once approved MUP request next will do DDR
activity like Drawings Creation, BOM Creation, Prepare the DRL’S and finally Submit the DRL to client.

 Worked on design projects like OCE, OHF, AURA, ONO2, HDF for creating VPM structure (CDR) by vehicle wise as
perdec9.
 Create and modify the Harness from device to device (PDR) for different zones like CAB ZONE, ROOF ZONE by

Regio 2N ATO project:

The train will record data that will improve the performance of the signal recognition algorithms. For
example, by detecting the color of the traffic lights and the surrounding environment of the train. The Regio 2N
regional train was modified and equipped for the purpose of the trials by the Alstom site in Crespin (formerly
Bombardier). Various sensors, cameras, radars and lidars (laser detection) were fitted to collect essential data for
the project.

 Worked on ATO project (R&D LEVEL).

 Created the assembly number and part number in PDM level and send to doc9 team to get the approval, and create the
VPM stature once doc9 got approved.
 Preparing ATO cabinet ABT3 to install the devices like I have created structure of the cabinet, device rocks as per device data
sheet from supplier, harness rocks and mounting brackets as per standards.
 Creating 2d Drawings for cabinet and sheet metal parts.
 Analysis and Created the Harness assembly and routing the harness from ABT3 devices to camera.
 Create the DRL for ATO project and submit to the reviewer.

 Regio 2N CR’S(Change Request):
This project involves in implementation of CR’s from costing to DRL release of the CR for OMNEO platform
on OCE, OHF, AURA, ONO, ONO2, HDF regions and also implementation of design activities for new train build
region like duplicating the VPM structure and harnesses from base train and changing the structure as per DOC9
and modifying harness as per new train Environment.
 Worked on design projects like OCE, OHF, AURA, ONO2, HDF for creating the work-packages importing data from CR
database, and check with customer to get the approval for changes and costing.
 Implementing the CR changes by revise the assemblies.
